The overall hotel, room and restaurants decor has a sense of zen elegance further echoed by the calm and patient demeanor from every staff we encountered. It is indeed an oasis away from the typical loud, noisy and chaotic environment that most of us face in our daily lives here in China.
Thanks to the delicious breakfast, tea breaks and supper they provide for free plus excellent dishes their restaurants cook up for lunch/dinner, one hardly feels the need to leave this oasis and can simply spend a day in restful bliss.
Their excellent service also goes above and beyond. One of the waitress actually shared her wonderful lychees when she saw how much we enjoyed the lychees during the breakfast service.

Service is superb. Hotel arrange High speed rail pickup using 6 seater. Front desk is patience in explaining the area and gave us small gift during our checkout. Overall is decent.

Shuttle serviced provided to/from train station is great. Room is spacious and clean. Facilities (spa and roof garden) are excellent. A big thanks to 顏先生at the front desk and main reception for his help with booking shuttle, information on 南岳風景名勝區and warm service with a smile. It is the people that make the hotel stands out from its peers.

Facilities: The setting is very new, the bathroom and cloakroom layout is very reasonable
Hygiene: The bedding is good and the pillows are very comfortable
Environment: The hotel as a whole is very Zen-like
Service: Compared with others, the service is the best. Every service staff is very kind, including the security guard in the parking lot.
Before leaving, I also gave a bag of snacks and drinks.
Afternoon tea for two: There are not many varieties of afternoon tea. Rice wine, eggs, fermented glutinous rice, longan, red dates and eggs are more distinctive Hunan snacks.
