There's a hidden gem of a hotel in Hengyang, and you simply can't miss it! Upon arrival, our butler, Muyu, greeted us warmly, assisted with a swift check-in, and personally escorted us to our room. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient; not only was check-in quick and seamless, but they also proactively offered tea, and we didn't even need to pay a deposit – a pleasant surprise!
The hotel's Neo-Chinese style decor creates an elegant and beautiful ambiance, making it incredibly photogenic. Its location is super convenient, offering ample parking, and with numerous restaurants nearby, dining is never an issue.
Our room was incredibly well-equipped, featuring an air purifier and a smart toilet. Hot water was instant, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The soft, fluffy bedding ensured a truly restful night's sleep.

GGuest UserI started to see that the inn was very close, and it also had pick-up and drop-off services, so I gave it a try. It was right next to the Nanyue Temple. The owner and his wife were very welcoming, and the room decoration was exquisite. The experience was very nice. The boss also lent us motorcycles to go for a ride, hahaha, and he was very confident about our driving skills. Before leaving, the landlady thoughtfully prepared breakfast and specialties. It was really a surprise. Like, like, like (I forgot to take a photo of the room)

You stay there and you think you are a part of this family. Very Friendly service and support in every question you have. All this for an absolutely suitable price. Great. TTONYWWThe location of the B&B is very close to the temple, just a five-minute walk. Because the room was fully booked that day, the family of three could only book a double room. The extra bed was too hard and too small, not suitable for a family of three adults.
The room is clean and hygienic, with a hot spring bath. A small suggestion is that the water in the hot spring bath may not be hot enough in winter, and the water flow is a bit small. It is recommended that it can be optimized later.
The food at the B&B is very delicious, all of which are authentic local home-cooked dishes. The vegetables are grown by the owner’s grandmother and are very sweet.
There are also very detailed instructions for burning incense, so even beginners can follow the instructions and pray with confidence.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to Nanyue Temple and Hengshan Visitor Center, with convenient transportation. It is located next to the commercial street and there are many delicious foods nearby. The facilities are quite new, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a smart toilet.
But the check-in experience was not good and the service quality was not satisfactory:
1. The hotel was under renovation when we checked in. On the first day, I told the front desk about the noise caused by the renovation, and the renovation was temporarily suspended for more than half an hour. However, the renovation started before 8 o'clock the next morning, and I couldn't sleep at all.
2. The CCTV in the room could not be tuned in. I called the front desk and they said they were busy and would be up soon. However, after waiting for half an hour and making several phone calls, someone came up to help me turn on CCTV.
3. The check-in was for two nights, but the front desk only wrote one night. When I asked the front desk, they said it was okay. When I came back from the trip the next day, I couldn't get in. Then I asked the front desk, and they said a lot of things, saying that their system can only register for one day, which is a regulation of the Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau requires facial comparison, and they said a lot of other irrelevant things, but they just refused to admit that they made a mistake in their work and caused trouble to the guests.
4. The attitude of the staff was rather cold on the first day and the second morning of the stay. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service quality to the front desk on the second night, the service quality improved. On the third day, enthusiasm was clearly visible and the quality of service had improved.

GGuest UserIt was my child's birthday, so I contacted the hotel ahead of time. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade, helped decorate the room, and even sent over fruits, snacks, and a lovely birthday message! We were thrilled!
Upon check-in, they thoughtfully offered us a cup of hot tea. When we headed out for some sightseeing, they recommended Nanyueli and kindly lent us an umbrella. In the evening, they even brought us a late-night snack (porridge and eggs).
The 2-meter king-size bed room was extremely comfortable, and our entire family was completely satisfied!

The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the scenic spot, but the room is surprisingly quiet and completely isolated from the noise.
Impeccable facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with big-name products and equipped with central air conditioning.
What I want to boast most is the service response speed: no matter whether you borrow a charging cable or a late check-out demand, the phone will be hung up within 3 minutes. After checking out, I also received a short message inquiry feedback, and I can feel the hotel's attention to the guest experience. Amway has given all friends, the treasure hotel is worth seeing, the hotel is equipped with a pick-up service, call in advance to reserve a parking space, or provide a pick-up service.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a few km away from Nanyue area where the popular Nanyue Temple 南岳大庙 is located. However, public bus ¥6/way is available in front of the hotel. Bus ride is about 30-45min. After Temple visit, exit through the back gate and start the hiking to Hengshan. Recommend to take a mini bus ¥40/way（中巴）up to Nantian Gate 南天门, from there hike to the peak and walk down on foot. Total steps 37k.
There is a KFC next to hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
In general, quite a reasonable stay.

Environment: I have to complain about this. I didn’t have a good night’s sleep after staying for two days. We were arranged to be next door to the mahjong room. A group of young men and women were shouting and making noise. It was still noisy at four o’clock in the middle of the night. If it weren’t for In order to catch the train the next day, I wanted to call the police and arrest them. It took half an hour to complain to the reception desk, and then I started yelling again. A group of tour groups came in the first day, and they started complaining at about 5:00 in the morning. Ding-dang-dang, I finally fell asleep again. At about 7:00, the cleaning staff started making various sounds of moving seats. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor sound insulation.
