The review is just so so and the pool is quite small. Location is great , easy to walk to the museum, central bus station and the old town area. Don't expect it as a 5 star hotel, then everything will be ok.

I found it very convenient as right next to pier and restaurants. Only stayed a night

WE' LL COME BACK! Fantastic joy& pleasure we have had at Aquila Hotel at our stay there at Heraklion, it was our first time. Enjoyed it at breakfast, our room was so clean& with enough space with terrace& great view...Pool on 6th floor was pleasurable..All Hotel is interesting with exterior as well as interior...This hotel have so much to offer&most important to give you touch of happines at your stay! Lots of smiles from Belgrade:)) J&K

This five-star hotel on Ke Island has excellent service. The breakfast is rich, with more fruits than other hotels and large portions. I also chose to have dinner at the hotel, which was very cheap and tasted very good. It is worth recommending. There is also an archaeological museum near the hotel, which is a 3-4 minute walk away, and there is also a square, which is very close to the city center. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym on the underground floor. The room card cover has complete information, and you can understand the business hours of various dining and leisure activities in the hotel at a glance.

It is just over one kilometer away from the ferry terminal. The hotel's own parking lot is very small and there are not many parking spaces. If you are unlucky, you need to park in the central parking lot, which is 300 meters away on foot.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was rich. The location is close to the port and the bus station, both within a 10-minute walk. Of course, the old town of Heraklion is very small, and everything is within a 10-minute walk. I still recommend staying here, and the bedding is very comfortable.

The facilities are old, but the location is excellent, next to the museum. But parking is inconvenient and needs to be far away. There is no water in the hotel. Overall it is OK.

The room is clean and big. The coffee machine in the room is a bit swollen. The breakfast is OK. I don't like that their eggs are fried first and are a bit cold. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. It is difficult to find parking spaces around the hotel and the roads are very narrow. The hotel is convenient to the surrounding attractions. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. We are going to drive to Chania and she gave us a map to tell us the attractions we can go along the way. If you want to have breakfast, the nearby No. 7 Chinese restaurant is very good.
