"Very nice, always friendly staff, helpful and ready to help. That's a very important plus. Next to a large shopping and cultural center. A little difficult to find even for the GPS navigator. (when leaving the shopping center there is a small crossroads, so follow left, 3rd exit, and at the very end) Clean and well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended!"

I reported it to the reception when I left and I thought there was going to be a gesture on their part just to offer us breakfast for my daughter and me but they still charged us for it even though I still find it serious that in a hotel of this standing there are cockroaches it's a shame. I just remember that we slept with cockroaches when even at home I don't have any and I don't pay to sleep!!"

I was greeted by Logan, who was so helpful, and one of the most professional and kind hospitality staff I have ever had to deal with! I will come back and stay here just because of him - Logan. I had a standard and the room is spacious and super clean. I often stay at Odalys hotels around France. They never disappoint."

"Fantastic hotel, Staff are polite and family orientated, it's our second time staying at the hotel. Rooms are clean and fresh, everything changed daily, a good team of cleaners. Breakfast has a large variety of foods to choose from as well as drinks . Very quiet hotel, no noisy guest. 5 min walk from the beautiful beach and 3 min from the center. Near to a big pharmacy, bakery, and other sundry shops. Bus route directly to Montpellier a short walk away, return was only €3.50 can't beat that. I would throughly recommend this hotel, we will be going again in 2024. Much thanks to Nicolas and his wife. "

"Short time ago we visited Village Castigno in Assignan,France. We were able to dine in Le Thaï de Castigno. From the start at the reception by Mrs Som, we were treated super friendly and above all really professional. She manages her kitchen team of excellent chefs so that we tasted a wonderful meal with exquisite thaï ingredients and flavors. With this came the best Castigno wines. Together a true special experience. The next day we were able to enjoy a beneficial, soothing and very relaxing massage at the Spa de Castigno by Mrs Som. Finally, it is certainly worth mentioning to visit the impressive chai of Castigno and taste the wines. Many magnificent bottles. We brought some home to taste later and cherish the good memories of our time in Chateau Castigno. We had a very special time, we will remember always; Mark & Mie"

"A bit out of the way and only suitable to access via car. Room spacious, bed very comfortable and adequate amenities. The only negative aspect was the continuous industrial noise of machinery that could be heard all night long through the walls. At first it sounded like it was the elevator system but upon closer inspection it was unrelated. Not sure if it was a building water pump system or something else but it made sleeping next to impossible. Room was 203."

"We will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it. It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier."

"We stayed one night as we were just passing through on the way to Spain. We stay in Ibis hotels a lot and you always know what you are going to get, a decent, clean room, comfy bed & a good breakfast. Not so in this case. This is not a standard Ibis, it looks like its been converted from something else, another hotel or maybe an apartment block. As a consequence, we had the tiniest Ibis room I have ever seen and the tiniest bathroom. As an example, I had to move the folding luggage rack & the chairs and table just so that we could move around the bed and so that I had a one metre space to place my dogs bed. NOT what I would expect from Ibis. In fact, as a gold member, I would have expected an upgrade to a better room but obviously this did not happen. On the plus side, staff were friendly, I got my welcome drink without having to ask for it and the food in the restaurant was OK. Pets allowed for a small charge On the minus side, the tiny room as mentioned above, the car park surface needs attention it being rutted and old, hotel is a bit difficult to find but the satnav sorted that out. Hotel has a pool and spa that we didnt use as only there the one night. Would I stay again, probably not."
