The environment was calm and nice, the facility was really good

Great service on reception and in the restaurant. Room was ideal.

Very cosy room, excellent facilities in room. Comfortable night's sleep, with a perfect breakfast in the morning. The option of an early check-in was brilliant and the midday check-out allowed time for breakfast to go down before heading off.

Loved it here Lovely clean premier plus room and friendly staff Big shout out to Geoff who booked us in on arrival, excellent customer service and sorted out meal deal brilliantly Would highly recommend and of course beautiful Hereford to explore

We all know what to expect from a premier inn and this one didn't disappoint. Clean and good free parking, tick. The bonus are the staff and George was nothing but helpful and friendly. He seemed to be multitasking running the desk and the in-house restaurant - give the lad a medal.

George was incredibly helpful on check in as I had made booking errors. Staff all very helpful and accommodating, premier beds are always reliably comfortable,

Booked bed and breakfast at a cost of £194 .The hotel room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast is advertised as served until 11 however when we walked into the restaurant at 10.50 we were shouted at that breakfast was finished ,I explained that I had paid for breakfast and was told again that it was finished and to get a coffee and leave . I have complained to Premier Inn customer services who have refused to offer any sort of apology or refund and think this level of service and behaviour is acceptable.My advice would be to avoid and book one of the local independent hotels for half the price .

This hotel has improved since my last visit, the chain hotel in the grounds has been closed and stands empty, giving the impression of a run down area, which it is outside, but the eating facilities have been moved inside , and is a vast improvement. Most things about the hotel are fine, but it is let down by lack of air-conditioning, which is now a necessity. I will not use it again until it is installed. It also needs an outside seating area, the old pub benches are scattered about but are surrounded by cigarette ends and the like. Very shabby. It needs a little work, and it would be a great place to stay.

Bed Bugs!! Do not stay here. My son and I had bites all over us a few days after checking out which we later discovered were bed bug bites. What is worse is they got into our luggage/ clothing that then infested my home bedroom at home and premier inn refuse to take any responsibility or offer any form of compensation. Disgraceful.

So very good…. Like many other people I base my away day/overnight stays on a simple ethos, is it clean, (thoroughly) functional, (extremely) reasonably priced with or without breakie (undeniably) and will the Mrs like it (more than happy)!? This was everything and more…especially having booked the stay for a biggy (60th) birthday stay but not realising I’d booked the Plus option. Which proved a bonus with AC in the room on what later proved to be a really hot weekend and only simple fans were provided for the standard rooms. Good water and fridge with brew making additions in the rooms and top up available at reception Breakfast was sufficient, not great but certainly not bad. Staff were helpful, genuine and respectful. Good available parking Quieter than expected being as close to the Hereford main drag into town Convenient distance for a takeaway collected or deliverable if required Hereford is a lovely place and we have plans to return and adventure out V good job by a top-team It’s a bit of a mess where the associated Brewers Fayre restaurant once was, needs a tidy up. The premiere Inn provides a good nights sleep, comfy beds clean tidy rooms… the breakfast needs improving in as much as the quality. The experience was sufficient with its edible temperature, nutritional content, the overall look but it just didn’t taste great for the start of what should be for customer a good day - again not slating the meal but on review it stretched to being ‘sufficient’ is all. Allow local or county butcher/farm shop or similar to provision, at a good contractor price, facilitating money, jobs and attention staying regional, just a thought.

Plenty of parking at this Premier Inn. Reception was efficient. Booked a table in the restaurant. Our Premier Plus room was good and had a refrigerator with complimentary bottles of water. Thankfully the room was facing the shade. After travelling I was looking forward to a pint in the adjacent restaurant. It has shut down! The in-house "restaurant", The Social, did not open until 5.00pm so I waited an hour for a pint of lager @ £6.00+. Booked a table in The Social "restaurant". Bookings have to be staggered to avoid the microwave overheating I presume. The Social is more like a canteen. Menu was mainly pasta, curry, fish & chips or a burger. All easily micro-waved making it easy for the lone "chef". The curry was off the menu at 6.40 pm so I opted for a burger drenched in squeezy bottle, pink burger sauce and a handful of chips. We also had fish and chips. The fish was a bit shredded and of uncertain provenance. I had looked at the nearest pubs for an evening meal but their menus were pretty much the same as The Social. Premier is very popular with tradesmen for a one-night stopover. So it's a very relaxed ambience. Overall, the Premier Plus room was worth paying extra (though not cheap). The "restaurant"? Give it a miss! Would not stay there again.

Beds was cozy room was cleaned only downfall the rooms should have air con cos the fan did not even make the pool Cooler other then that we loved the stay we definitely be back again

Premier Inn are a reliable place to stay. But I think they should fit some sort of air conditioning or air coolers. The fan provided was noisy, stupidly difficult to control and didn't do the job anyway.
