Amazing Staff, All are very Friendly Room was clean and Tidy just a small issue we has was the menu being very limited Me and my Husband came in for breakfast on our last stay before we headed back The Restaurant was very busy and a young girl came over to us and was able to sit us down very quickly she was running around and handling the place quite well as more people came in. A little bit concerning as she was the only one in the Restaurant..? I never got that young girls name but she was so kind and helpful. The only thing i can remember was the girl had black hair and Spiderman nails. Overall it was a lovely place to stay as we enjoyed the nice weather over the past few days.

First night great got there late, no one at desk waited about 5 mins, guy from kitchen comes in and checks us in, room was ok, towels for one person, leaking shower spraying the floor, next morning breakfast fine hot food, great,, towels replaced room cleaned, great, the next day for breakfast, rude chef when asked how long bacon would be, was told to sit and she would bring it over, said I'd rather wait, old couple waiting aswel, chef walked off said the oven doors open, she carried on doing what she was doing, gave the couple what they wanted, then all.of a sudden she walks off out the kitchen, then another member of staff comes out say there's an issue and serves the food we was waiting for, to then sit down and be cold anyway, same as the other couple speaking, while eating bowl of cereal manager comes out, arrogant problem, and says there's was an issue I said I wasn't interested, she was rude again, was quite random from start to finish, put in a complaint with there department online before we left, days later with reply stating they made a complaite aswel that night saying I was rude, swearing, when I bearly said anything and I don't swear at people holding my food, so asked for cctv, days later no cctv to then be told case closed, didn't want a refund or voucher or anything, maybe some managerial class for the manager, and for the way she was and how it was handled by headoffice I won't ever stay again

The hotel was fine but the restaurant facilities inside the hotel were appalling. The worst I have ever had. So much so that I was sick all night. So my nights sleep certainly wasn't a good one. I will not be returning to this Premier Inn any time soon!!

First time we have stayed at Herne Bay and from booking to arrival to reception to departure was superb. East to find. Easy to park. A very comfortable bed, room with all the facilities and a new and excellent restaurant on site - very convenient and the food was plentiful and of very good quality. Really highly recommended.

Stayed for 1 night - the hotel is well situated on the outskirts of Herne Bay, good road links, near a Sainsbury's Superstore. Free parking, lovely friendly, helpful staff. Our room was very clean, well fitted out, comfortable and quiet. The adjacent pub is no longer open, breakfast and evening meals are served within the Premier Inn ( we didn't use either, only because we had made other arrangements) There is a Miller and Carter Steakhouse just a few minutes walk away, but not sure if it just serves drinks. Another very enjoyable stay at a Premier Inn, our first at this particular one.
