Herzogenaurach Hotels with Pets allowed

I have been in Novina Sleep Inn only for one night, but I have got very surprised by the service I have received from them, especially from one of their employee: Sonja. I have called the day before to inform that I was going to have a late check-in and she has been so nice to inform me about the automatic machine to do the self-check-in. The day after when I arrived to the hotel was 5 minute before the end of the turn of Sonja (21:55) and she check-in me as usual, but I was hungry and instead to just give an indication, she given me solution. She called the restaurant to place my order in German (I do not speck german), she informed me that the restaurant was accepting only defined kind of credi cards, as I did not had those cards, so she indicated to me where can I find an ATM to take cash. Finally, this is what I expect from an hotel. Thanks Novina Sleep Inn, thanks Sonja!!!

A functional hotel which is fine for business. Room was standard… comfy enough bed, desk, tv, etc. I was surprised it was a 4 star (I thought 3) because of the amenities (toiletries was a pump in the shower which was shampoo and body wash combined, no food available outside of restaurant opening hours, etc). The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety and dinner menu was ok. Construction outside my window but wasn’t too disruptive as I was out all day. If you’re staying here for anything other than meetings at adidas, you will definitely need a car as it’s in the middle of nowhere

Geräumige Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die vorab Reservierung einer von zwei E Ladesäule war wirklich 1A! Leider war es im Frühstücksraum sehr kalt und ein Baby (＜1 Jahr) Beistellbett für eine Nacht sollte 25€ kosten. So ein Bett kostet neu teilweise 30€. Hier wären 10€ ein faires und kinderfreundliches Entgegenkommen. Apropos Kinderfreundlichkeit das Personal war super Kinderfreundlich und sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Danke dafür.

The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective than the herzogspark hotel next to it. But there is no hotel akazienhaus next to it. It is recommended to live in akazienhaus. The room over there is better
