Great weekend stay, staff were really helpful, the let us park are motorcycles under cover, the ordered us a taxi to go into Le Touquet, rooms were clean and tidy nice and warm , shower was excellent, the breakfast was very good would definitely go again

All OK but would welcome a facility for making hot drinks in the room. Location suited us very well and the staff were very welcoming. Pity about the weather but we can't blame anyone for that. Nothing to add, really.

Good clean hotel with restaurant. very useful for a quiet night but quite close to to main routes for traveling south from eurotunnel. Have stopped here before and would use again. Not much English spoken but that is our problem.

Nous sommes venus passer une nuit avec une Smartbox et nous avons véritablement été sous-classés dans une chambre non rénovée (alors que le site hôtelier montre des chambres et salles de bains refaites). La chambre (17) était plutôt décrépie. Dès l'entrée, la porte bloque et il faut appuyer vigoureusement pour l'ouvrir. Les peintures de la chambre sont écaillées à plusieurs endroits. Il n'y avait qu'une seule table de chevet, ancienne, en bois. Nous avons dû en réclamer une deuxième pour que chacun ait la sienne, ce qui est la moindre des choses... Il y a 2 prises de courant dans la chambre: une avec la protection plastique cassée et l'autre un peu arrachée, ce qui n'est pas optimal du point de vue sécurité.... La salle de bains est vétuste et surtout il est très difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude régulière, qui ne passe pas constamment du chaud au froid. Il est vraiment regrettable que les patrons déclassent ainsi les clients ayant une Smartbox. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
