We understand that you gave us a negative review out of spite because you mistakenly entered the Junjingwan Commercial Parking Lot behind the hotel and incurred a 15 RMB parking fee. If, as you claim, there were tissues in the toilet and hair on the bed, wouldn't you have requested a refund and a different room? Would you have stayed longer and complained that the mattress was too hard, like a hardboard? Dear readers, please check the reviews from many previous guests who said our mattresses are very comfortable and have the perfect firmness. Does that mean other guests are lying? Mr. Mai, when you arrived at the hotel around 10 PM on the 19th, parking was indeed limited, with only one space left in the back alley. Security guards informed you that the Junjingwan Commercial Parking Lot was a paid parking lot, but you still insisted on parking there. There are clear signs in the hotel lobby, at the entrance to the Junjingwan Commercial Parking Lot, and on our website clearly stating that the Junjingwan Commercial Parking Lot behind the hotel is a paid parking lot! Then you called Ctrip customer service multiple times, and also called and chatted with the hotel multiple times via WeChat (there are recorded chat logs to prove whether Xiao Ge is lying). Xiao Ge promised to bring you breakfast next time, but you were relentless. After learning that the security guard had resigned because of this, you still said you were not satisfied and verbally abused the front desk.
