After i left the hotel ******* explained to me that they have submitted the refund request but in 2 dufferent times Reception said i am still at the hotel, then when i personally called the explanation was that they only refund if you book directly with them, not tird party agency.. ridiculous and embarrassing will never recommend this kind of scam strategy, but what can you expect from Indian management.. same, damn same.."
