Surprisingly very good! My daughter says it's great! The room is very spacious, with a large balcony. Clean... the bed is ergonomically comfortable. Simply beautiful. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. I'd love to come back!

Very good hotel, quiet and safe

The website and the presentation on the booking portals do not correspond to reality in the slightest. A former, old office building complex has been partially converted into this terribly unhygienic cheap hotel. As we wanted to check out early the next day, I left my credit card as security when checking in. A big mistake! The real drama was the room. Musty, damp with stale cigarette smoke. Then the horror! Only one side of the double bed had fresh sheets, there was hair everywhere (see photos!), exactly the same in the bathroom, hair everywhere (see photos). But the absolute lowest point had not yet been reached! The toilet had not been cleaned properly and was speckled with dried "leftovers" (see photo)!!!! Terrible, disgusting! We immediately reported the unbelievable state of the room to reception and checked out. The receptionist was completely overwhelmed and helpless, no management was available, nor were they able to credit the amount back to my credit card. My impression is that the staff are not professional but rather unskilled assistants. The operator also lacks seriousness and professionalism, as there was no credit on my credit card and the hotel did not respond to my emails! I will probably have to get my lawyer involved.

Do you know Heusenstamm in the Offenbach district near Frankfurt / M? The name is familiar from the motorway (traffic jams) or from an S-Bahn stop. For us, another anchor point has been added: the Trip Inn Hotel. An unusual building from the 70s that originally belonged to Telekom and was cleverly converted into a multi-purpose building. The hotel rooms are on the first four floors and new office space has been created from the 5th floor onwards. An unusual but good concept near the S-Bahn stop and with great potential, also due to the nearby school campus. The 70s style has been tastefully revived with accentuated pieces of furniture. The rooms are large and spacious. The only small criticism is the water installation. If one person is showering and the other is turning on the water at the sink at the same time, there is a risk of scalding in the shower. A shelf for shower gel or shampoo would also have been good. Apart from that, no further criticism, just a lot of praise for the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. Well done and a clear recommendation!

A hotel in a large building where other situations such as student residences and company offices are shared. The situation is still quiet even if the location is very decentralized and in the evening with poor lighting. Very large and clean room with a study corner and good bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, both savory and sweet. In the evening, when we arrived after dinner, perhaps due to a breakdown, the parking lot was completely dark and we managed to get to the hotel entrance only thanks to the lights of our cell phones: it was not pleasant. The price is certainly the strong point of this accommodation not far from the highway access.
