The mattress was incredibly comfortable and clean; even my elderly family member, who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, slept soundly through the night, and my child loved it too. The front desk staff were practically clairvoyant, anticipating our needs and always incredibly helpful with a great attitude! 👍"

"The hotel's dinosaur theme was a huge hit with my kids. From the lobby to our room, everything was filled with dinosaur elements, and the attention to detail was really impressive. This is a resort where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, making it perfect for family activities. They have a water park, hot springs, a dinosaur park, horseback riding, archery, go-karts, and kayaking, among other facilities. Unfortunately, my child got sick, so we couldn't experience many of the activities, but we're looking forward to coming back next time. The 'little housekeeper' (personal butler/concierge) provided excellent service. They contacted me a day before our arrival to coordinate everything, and the arrangements for our check-in were very thorough and thoughtful. All the staff members, from top to bottom, are clearly very well-trained. Everyone we encountered was polite and proactively greeted guests (it's truly rare to see this consistently from every single staff member, so the hotel really deserves praise for their efforts in service). Finally, a small suggestion for the hotel: perhaps because it's close to the mountains, the humidity was very high, and the quilts and pillows in the room had a musty smell. The hotel promptly helped us address it, but it might be an area where they need to find a long-term solution."

"The hotel boasts a quaint, compact Hui-style architecture, reminiscent of Lingnan architecture, with a breathtaking view at every turn, yet retains a warm and inviting atmosphere. While there aren't many rooms or pools, the hotel still feels private, clean, and cozy. The children had a blast, and the staff were incredibly polite. We even added breakfast for free! If you're visiting on a weekday, it's a perfect spot for couples to hang out! Rainy days might even be even more romantic."
