"This time I was upgraded to a suite for free 😄, and the welcome snacks and fruits were very considerate
The public areas of the hotel are well maintained. The swimming pool, gym, and laundry room are not just for show, they are all usable and comfortable to use facilities
The river view room is newly decorated, elegant in style, and the balcony view is very good. Soundproofing, bedding, and hygiene are all online, and the towels are individually wrapped, which is a good review
I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge on the 15th floor, which is a bit of a pity

"Better than expected experience! I thought it was a small park, but I didn't expect it to be so interesting.
First of all, the facilities are perfect, there are canteens, children's playgrounds, service centers, etc. Secondly, there are rich activities, small concerts, bonfire parties, and spectacular fireworks displays in the evening. Finally, the service is very good. After booking the homestay, the housekeeper will add me, and then check the license plate number, provide free fruit, and ask for a quilt in the middle of the night. I will call and praise Xiao Chen's housekeeper!

"From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very good and the hotel's facilities are very complete. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the TV, air conditioning and other equipment are also working properly. "It's the first time I live here. Once I enter the lobby, I feel like I'm home. It's very comfortable and warm. The waiters are very enthusiastic. They take us to the room and help us with our luggage. My suitcase weighs dozens of kilograms! The room is hygienic and clean, and the items are neatly placed. Opposite the hotel is a park, a good place for a walk, and it is also close to the commercial street. It is very convenient and a very good accommodation experience!"

GGuest UserThis homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

LLim fu hwaHotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

Recreation Center: There was a wave pool for kids, and tabletop play facilities.
6 Big 3 Small Palm Tree Hot Springs: The hot springs were very comfortable, and there were fireworks shows at night.

KkhccIt was my first time to go to Longchuan and I was introduced to this hotel by a friend. It is only about 15 minutes’ drive from the high-speed rail station. The exterior of the building doesn't look like much, but entering the lobby is a different story. The room is very clean, the toiletries and towels are very clean, and they are changed every day after staying for two days, so you can use them with confidence. Stayed here for two days and had a good experience.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean, with all the standard in-room amenities, and no strange odors or unsightly issues. The quiet, peaceful location just outside of town was a nice change of pace, though the lack of nearby food delivery options was mitigated by the hotel owner's gracious offer to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, hospitable place to stay.

WWeinizhaomi-It was perfect to avoid the May Day holiday and come here for vacation. The young man at the door of the hotel and the young men and women at the front desk were very warm and friendly. I drove from Shenzhen for two hours and was a little tired to the hotel. The young man at the door was very friendly to help with the luggage. When I went to the front desk, I experienced the warm reception of Manager Li, Xiaozhi and Xiaolu. The fatigue was immediately reduced. The enthusiasm of several young ladies came from the heart. The surrounding environment is good. There is a traditional Chinese medicine hot spring next to the hotel. You can go to Fuyuan Temple to pray for blessings. You can also take a walk in it after dinner. Perfect! The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities and equipment are well maintained, and the overall experience is full. I will come here for vacation again if I have the chance.

AAnonymous UserApartment hotel, there is a refrigerator washing machine like, the floor high-rise environment is relatively quiet, downstairs is the Bandung City business district, it is convenient for the short-term travel of these three days, cost-effective, but it is recommended to prepare disposable towels and pillow towels when you check in~

IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
