Room facilities and equipment are intact, central air conditioning, network TV, surrounding commercial streets, eating is very convenient. The only fly in the ointment is that the central air conditioner is a bit weak. It is recommended to configure an electric fan. Yesterday afternoon was 35°, and the room cooled down after 11 pm. The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy .
