Since our meal voucher was with our companion who came downstairs last, the staff handled it somewhat carelessly, requiring us to return it before finishing breakfast. While this is understandable given the frequency of such incidents, perhaps a more considerate approach could have been taken? Simply verifying whether breakfast was included in my room would have sufficed. Overall, the stay was quite good, and I hope the hotel can improve in the future."
