為什麼服務那麼低，是因為下單的時候選了15點退房的福利，13點多就開始打電話提醒説是要14點退房，14點又打手機電話我沒接，然後馬上要阿姨過來敲房間門催我們走，我不理解我的訂單明明就是顯示退房時間15點，前台核實過了嗎？本來就是14:30上班，午休時間被打擾了三次強行叫醒。但凡有點起床氣的人都會很生氣
