房間是新的，環境不錯，停車場有充電樁。餐廳服務拉胯，早上9點半，採光很好，7個月的孕婦頂個肚子去吃早餐，沒有牛奶了，餐廳的姨姨用方言説：你來太遲了，沒有牛奶了，下次早點來……碗裏的是豆漿。酒店10點停供早餐，菜品不夠了是酒店的責任，為什麼指責客人來太遲，還讓下次早點來，哪來的下次？

自駕友好，有停車位，早餐豐盛，9月15號供暖了，412房間開着窗户屋裡還34度，屋裡太熱了，地暖統一供暖也沒法關，其他都很不錯，前台、餐廳服務員、停車場的大叔都很熱情

這家酒店是整個旅行途中最滿意的一家。不光環境很好，房間的光線温暖，整體的裝修也非常的有藏族風情。而且服務也特別到位，除了有免費送的一些小吃，工作人員也非常的熱情，停車場車位充足，洗浴的東西也都比較好，而且還有專門的洗衣液可以用。十一價格也沒有漲價離譜，是很好的一次體驗。

1、貨不對板！欺騙消費者！ 下單親子房，實際為大床房
2、處理方案：加床！第一次提供滑輪壞掉的活動床！不穩一直在活動！第二次提供另外一個標間單人床！如：圖一所示。大家自己評論這是不是張破窗！
3、酒店內部流程有問題：辦理入住到大廳已知一行三個大人一個小孩，給到房卡時也並沒有提示！等到我們上樓打電話告知前台，直接説不是所有的親子房都需要加床！她現在加！我就想問我剛剛在樓下你咋不説，你不知道房間內部情況就給我們辦理入住嗎？第一次加床是壞掉的，服務人員説他不清楚這個事情！
4、服務人員毫無服務意識！從事發，直至第二天上午十點前沒聽到一句：不好意思，抱歉！第二天早上退房時經理確實有來誠懇致歉！遇到問題、一直在狡辯、然後給出的處理也很不負責任！第一次加床是壞的、表示讓我們湊合湊合睡吧！第二次加床、倆人嘻嘻哈哈、是覺得我這事情很搞笑嗎？
5、最後處理方案：酒店先表示優惠200元放假了事！並且在我退房時給到我現金！我拒絕了❌！後來在攜程客服的介入下、酒店表示優惠至300！並表示再無商量可能！最後攜程給到200元現金劵至攜程錢包！我合計收到500元所謂的補償！之所以要求500！是因為看到酒店日常房價也就三百出頭！我並沒有佔多少便宜！
6、總結：以上的問題均發生在我們一行三個成人1個小孩，剛從扎尕那冒着大霧暴雨走了五個多小時的山路後發生的！晚上十點半到酒店，十一點半收了一肚子氣才睡下！開開心心出來旅遊本想凡事得過且過！可人善被人欺！好説話就是這樣的代價！

是一家新酒店，停車很方便，在路邊很好找，旁邊有個廣場，好吃的餐廳很多就在附近。酒店設施齊全，前台服務也熱情，有工作人員專門幫助拿行李。房間空間也可以，很乾凈整潔，洗簌用品齊全，洗手間乾濕區分離，毛巾和床上用品都很新，早餐也很豐盛，品種很多，對於自駕遊的上高速也不是太遠，路上車少很好走。總之值得入住體驗。
