If you looking for a place that you can truly relax, Pumula is it! For having the ability to really allow you to unwind, children are entertained, food is taken care of (huge bonus that its healthy and massive choice options), super facilities and incredibly helpful staff. Pumula ticks all the boxes!!

The resort facilities and staff from Paul the Gm to the waiters were great! Great location on the sea with seaviews, 2 pools, trampolines, mini golf and games room. Sam the Exec Chef prepares a great menu and buffet taking into account guest allergies and preferences. Will always return.

Our first visit to Pumula Hotel on the south coast of KZN. Everything was fabulous. Well positioned to explore the south coast area.

My family and I stayed at Pumula Beach Hotel during March. Everyone was wonderful! From reservations to reception, communication was helpful and welcoming. There was always someone around to ask how we were doing - we felt like VIPs and we enjoyed friendly conversations with staff members. Special requests were accommodated during meal times. We really appreciated having a water cooler and access to tea and coffee throughout the day. We enjoyed games of ping pong in the evenings (I hope we were not too loud for other guests!) and the kids had a wonderful time on the playground. We relaxed by the sparkling pool and we loved having easy access to a beach with lifeguards on duty! We absolutely loved our stay and we made very special memories!
