溫泉旅館的房間十分大，有一個露天私人溫泉和室內溫泉。旅館的員工很熱誠有禮，連住兩晚，第二晚的dinner洒店給我們upgrade 咗，真係好好味好豐富！

超級滿意！定的一泊二食 有專門的管家每天負責你的飲食等各項安排 是個越南小姐姐 英語非常流利 還會一點中文 服務很好
尤其值得一提的是晚餐特別好 食材新鮮 各種海鮮龍蝦sashimi 鮑魚超大一個 味道也是真不錯 性價比拉滿了
我們的房型是陽台帶足湯 很特別 看着庭院裏的楓葉泡腳非常舒服
酒店有私湯和公湯 私湯需要每天預約一個時間點去泡 每天有免費的茶 冰淇淋和牛奶提供
唯一可能位置比較偏僻 對於不是自駕的遊客不太方便 還有剛進去check in時前台無人接待 導致我們找了半天人 很懵
不過整體真的很好 非常推薦

１１月の金曜日から１泊。チェックイン時、おもてなしの抹茶とお菓子をいただき、女性は浴衣を選ばせていただいた。入浴後、湯上りサービスのシャーベットを味わい、演出（噴湯盛り）された夕食（鮑踊り焼きコース）を堪能。夕食後、竹林の貸切露天風呂に入ってから就寝。翌日は、庭園を散歩し、大浴場の露天風呂を楽しみ、豪華な和食をいただいた。有意義な時間を過ごし、お留守番している🐩を迎えに行って帰宅。お世話になりました。

あいにくの雨でしたが露天風呂にチャレンジしました。菅笠を付けての入浴は初体験。こういうのも有りかなと思いました。料理は設えも味も抜群でしたしサービスもバッチリでした。翌日の朝食後竹林を散歩しテラスでコーヒーをいただきました。その時の声掛けにももてなし精神をしっかり感じました。2日間に亘って大変満足なものでした。有難うございます。

平日に休みが取れることになり、これはいい機会だと思い立って両親を誘って宿泊させて頂きましたが全てにおいて大満足でした。食事もお部屋もお風呂もどれも素晴らしいのはもちろんのことですが、特に印象に残ったのはスタッフの方々の接客の良さです。いい親孝行ができたと思います。ありがとうございました。また再訪したいと思います。

温泉への真摯な取り組みとスタッフのサービスに満足
チェックイン30分前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方に直ぐに対応していただきました。部屋は、源泉掛流し内風呂と源泉足湯テラスつきの部屋に宿泊しました。庭もきれいで、今年は幸いにも河津桜の開花が遅れており、ちょうど満開の時期に宿泊できました。
男性大浴湯は、内風呂と２つの露天風呂があり、それぞれお湯の温度が変えてあり、湯守の方の配慮だと感じました。貸切り露天風呂では、川のせせらぎも聞こえてのんびりできました。
食事は食堂個室で、おいしくいただき満足しました。料理のメインにはステーキを選択しました。ドリンクメニューで地酒飲み比べセットがありましたが、地酒で大吟醸飲み比べセットがあれば尚良かったです。
部屋の寝室ベッドはゆったりくつろげました。廊下に置かれている３種類のアロマエキスを利用できました。
お庭の散策時、一番奥の川沿いには、ホテルにより建立された温泉神社があり、温泉に対する真摯な配慮を感じました。
スタッフの方は皆様明るく丁寧に対応いただき、サービスにも満足しました。
