The hotel staff are very kind and courteous! Bonus point is that communication is no problem at all! This time I am traveling by car, and there is free parking space. Although the location is a little far from tourist attractions, there is no problem with driving by yourself! I was originally staying in a room with a shared bathroom, but luckily a room with a private bathroom was available. The hotel staff helped arrange the replacement. Thank you very much🙏 The only two nitpicks are that there is no elevator and the Japanese bathtub in the bathroom is a bit old and I don't dare to soak in it.

I used it to dive with three companions. Because of the corona cherry blossoms, I didn't hit the search for a single room, and it was a fairly large room, and I made a reservation to make a social distance. It seems that there was a coupon use by a certain site and a prepaid discount, and about 6000 yen per person including hot water tax. It is a rich view in a luxurious room that doesn't usually make a reservation first, and it feels sorry to not stay with my wife. The public bath is also a natural hot spring, and the open-air bath is a source of water. The inner bath was written as being chlorine disinfected by circulation, but the smell of hot water is not known. There were sauna and water baths, and it was quite slow. The original is like a resort condominium, and the passage faces outdoors, but unless it is rained in the rain of the side hit, it is positive only for the noise like the corridor I felt it. I didn't have a meal, so I can't evaluate it there, but I think it is quite convenient to use it in a group of multiple people because there is a set of cooking equipment and a large refrigerator in the room. It is a big facility, but all the spaces are well air-conditioned and no negative points were found.

The bath is the same unit bus form as a business hotel. The futon is very fuzzy and comfortable! From the window, you can see Mt. Omuro and the sea. It is a great view because it is a house on the slope! The whole hotel is snow country? It is a warm feeling based on a scented tree and a white wall. I am glad that the price is reasonable. There is a space where the parking lot can be stopped by 6 free. There was also a review of Google, but it was a great thank you for the hospitality of the owner. There was a trouble that hot water did not come out, but it responded quickly to the gentleman. It was the first Izu plateau sightseeing, but my wife was very satisfied. It is a recommended hotel for use as a base.

I relaxed in a room where you can enjoy the ocean view. All rooms have ocean view. It was an inn where Izu Oshima could be seen in front of me. It was inconvenient that there was no towel hanger in the room (Wi-Fi was easily connected). The open-air bath was good in the large communal bath. Even if you take a bath, you can see the sea. The hot spring water smelled a little sulfur from the book. It is a hot spring of the private source. The cold water after the bath was lukewarm. I think it's a good idea to bring mineral water and put it in the refrigerator. The meal was a room meal. Except for pre-prepared and appetizers, they will bring you freshly prepared. Sake is reasonably priced at 300cc 750 yen for local sake in Izu. The contents of both dinner and breakfast were good, and we were able to relax at our own pace in the room. There are few inns for breakfast and room meals. By the way, Mr. Nakai in the room was not very pleasant for the first senior and the next person. I felt cold. However, Mr. Nakai, a non-Japanese who took care of me for the meal, felt very comfortable and relaxed. It was really good for this person at breakfast. It's interesting to guess what island that is while looking at the map. Amenity is only a toothbrush in the room. Other than that, please bring it from the front desk when you check in. I didn't really know what was there, so I got everything for the time being (lol) The pool is timed. Put in for an hour and a half. The water was quite cold, so I was grateful to receive a bath towel. I went in the evening and felt a little cold. I didn't swim there, but it's about 25 meters long. The scenery is just wonderful. Sunset, sea, sunset... I could stand by the pool all the time. I returned with the sunset, but the night pool was beautiful at night. It was lit up. You can see the pool from the room. Dinner is a buffet. You can choose from 6:00 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 9:00. It was delicious as usual, and I was satisfied with the number of items. It was full of seafood such as sashimi, grilled shrimp, grilled turban shell in Burgundy, and sushi. I replaced it several times. I ate a lot of sweets for breakfast as well. The yam compote is impressive. I used the open-air bath twice, one at night and one in the morning. A bathing fee of 150 yen will be charged at check-out, so the more you enter, the more you will get. With an ocean view, I felt like I was soaking in the sea. Feels like an infinity pool. Finally, about transportation. It is safer not to walk from the station. There are many slopes and you will be tired. I am very grateful for the free pick-up service, but I wish it was on time. Is there only one car? We booked the transfer from the train station to the hotel in advance. However, he didn't come to the station when the time came, and when I called him, he was told that he was on his way. Hotel → station transfer told the front desk the departure time on the night of the first day. However, when it was time to leave, the car was nowhere to be found, and the driver would be there in five minutes. It was time for the train, so I was quite confused. The driver was a pro, so I'm glad I made it in time. I was blessed with friends who accompanied me, and it was a fun trip. The hotel was also good overall.

The property has amazing ocean views high on an outcropping, but none of the rooms with an ocean view have a balcony, except the very edge of the east wing. Wonderful gardens with a path lading down to a small beach that isn't too noteworthy. The rooms have been updated since the construction and are pretty good overall. The pool was closed in June, which was pretty disappointing, especially as the beach is below par. The onsen facilities met expectation. The beds are firm, which I loved, but not everyone likes a firm mattress. The hotel operates a bus service to pick up guests from the train station twice an hour from 9-5pm. If you are doing dinner out in the town or drinks in the evening, you have to grab a taxi back as the walk is a bit of a hike. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind, the concierge knows the area and has great recommendation for activities...wonderful and friendly people. The hotel restaurant serves a nice mostly Japanese breakfast (as expected) with local delicacies, wide range of teas, coffee and juice as well as a great selection of breads and fresh fruit. The hotel restaurant for dinner is average. Our group ordered a range of items off the menu and no one was terribly impressed. The lone stand out was the French Onion soup, packed with flavor, though a bit light on the cheese. Would stay here again if the price was right, was able to get rooms at a discount on this stay as it was rainy season.

First of all, a hotel with a similar name called ”Hotel Ambient Izu Kogen” is about １ kilometers away, and the location of this ”Hotel Ambient Izu Kogen Annex” is difficult to understand. To be honest, stains and scratches on the walls and carpets are old (the impression is that it is so old that it pulls so far and it is far beyond the renovation time). The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bath is ok. It is convenient to have activities facilities such as Izu Grand Pal Park, Mt. Omuro, and Izu Shaboten Zoo nearby (car is required). The correspondence of the staff 々 including the front desk was good. I have the impression that it is not old.
