Hotel Cetus Royal

I used it for the first time at Go to. A courtesy bus will pick you up from the front of Atagawa Station, where you can check in before 3:00 pm and relax in your room. Welcome corner opens from 3:00 pm Soft drinks, hot spring steamed buns, oden, sparkling wine, beer, sake, and fruit wine are prepared. Dinner is a set menu of hot pot and sashimi and a buffet, with an all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes. Is good, but there are few sightseeing spots during the daytime, so it may not be suitable for consecutive nights.

It is recommended to book dinner at the hotel. There is a small restaurant nearby, but the food is also very delicious. It is about a one-minute walk from the hotel. There is a small supermarket three minutes away, but there is not much food. The hotel can pick up and drop off at Izu Arakawa Station. convenient. They have to come and make the bed at 8 a.m. at the latest. The water in the hotel refrigerator is free, and each room can reserve a private bath for 50 minutes. Choose 1 out of 4. When you arrive at the hotel, the clerk will choose for you.

Atagawa Ocean Resort

It seems that it just opened in April 2022, and it is a beautiful building. Lobby was very large, too, and sofa and table were still there. It's like a hotel in a foreign country. I've never been there, but I thought it was like Hawaii. It was good that the time of sunrise and sunset was written on the front desk. The next day I was able to get up at that time and see the sunrise. The left side of the veranda of the room is the east. All rooms are ocean view, and you can overlook the sea of Izu. Great Pacific! ! ! The sea is quite close and you can always hear the sound of waves. If the weather is clear, you can also see the seven islands of Izu. It's interesting to guess what island that is while looking at the map. Amenity is only a toothbrush in the room. Other than that, please bring it from the front desk when you check in. I didn't really know what was there, so I got everything for the time being (lol) The pool is timed. Put in for an hour and a half. The water was quite cold, so I was grateful to receive a bath towel. I went in the evening and felt a little cold. I didn't swim there, but it's about 25 meters long. The scenery is just wonderful. Sunset, sea, sunset... I could stand by the pool all the time. I returned with the sunset, but the night pool was beautiful at night. It was lit up. You can see the pool from the room. Dinner is a buffet. You can choose from 6:00 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 9:00. It was delicious as usual, and I was satisfied with the number of items. It was full of seafood such as sashimi, grilled shrimp, grilled turban shell in Burgundy, and sushi. I don't know how many pieces of sashimi I ate (laughs) Of course, there are also meat dishes such as roast beef and rafute. Sweets were also substantial, and I could eat as much as I could, such as cakes and brulee. I felt that the T-bag type herbal tea was rare. I drank wild berries and African nectar. I prefer the latter. As for fruit, the melon was sweet and the best. It would have been nice to have breakfast as well. I enjoyed it for an hour and a half, but the guests with children returned to their rooms. I think there were meals that children could eat, such as gratin, shrimp chili, and seafood curry, but it's strange. It was surprising that we were the only ones who stayed until the closing time. Breakfast is also a buffet. Same as the day before, I'm satisfied. Of particular note are the mushroom omelet rice and orange French toast. It is said to be a specialty of Izu. I replaced it several times. I ate a lot of sweets for breakfast as well. The yam compote is impressive. I used the open-air bath twice, one at night and one in the morning. A bathing fee of 150 yen will be charged at check-out, so the more you enter, the more you will get. With an ocean view, I felt like I was soaking in the sea. Feels like an infinity pool. Finally, about transportation. It is safer not to walk from the station. There are many slopes and you will be tired. I am very grateful for the free pick-up service, but I wish it was on time. Is there only one car? We booked the transfer from the train station to the hotel in advance. However, he didn't come to the station when the time came, and when I called him, he was told that he was on his way. Hotel → station transfer told the front desk the departure time on the night of the first day. However, when it was time to leave, the car was nowhere to be found, and the driver would be there in five minutes. It was time for the train, so I was quite confused. The driver was a pro, so I'm glad I made it in time. I was blessed with friends who accompanied me, and it was a fun trip. The hotel was also good overall.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the meal was very delicious mainly on the sea, and the hot water in the 7F rental open-air bath was very good. Good for hot water and skin smooth. It was also put in the sister hall ”Ishikakai” public bath in front of you, and this open-air bath was a pleasant time to see the Asahi rising from the horizon while hanging on the sea and hot springs in front of you. I thought that a little devised was nice. Check-in out is a fashionable lounge in 3F. We were free to drink welcome drinks. It seems to be a bar at night. There are also a lot of sofas in the lounge, so you can take a slow time. The bath is not a large bath, and it is 7F rental open-air bath 4. Of these, 1 were sloped and available in wheelchairs. There are various ways to reduce costs, and the shoes of the guests are lined up at the entrance There is no slipper in the hall, from the entrance to the lounge, from the lounge to each room, The elevator is different from the meal room from each room, so you may get a little lost every time you transfer? The meal was half Viking. There are some fun and benefits to choose what you like with children, but I feel a little unsettled to enjoy the deliciousness. I felt that it was not suitable for those who wanted a luxury feeling that they were treated politely as customers. I think the cost performance is good because the meal was delicious and the bath was good.
