Great stay, cozy room, just right for 1 adult and 1 children . Free drinks after 12pm is great.

The location is not that close and not that far from the tourist spots but the it located the safe area plus the staff there are really nice and friendly.

The location of Shadian is at Exit 1 of Nagatian Station (Green Line). There is an elevator that goes straight up to the ground. It’s no problem to pull up and pull up. After exiting the elevator, turn right and walk about 150 meters to Shadian. It’s very convenient. The environment of Shadian is quiet and the staff are friendly. Courteous and friendly, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfying. You need Cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. from the self-service in the lobby. There are also facial masks available, which is very considerate. In addition, there is a Glof clothing store diagonally opposite the store, and a sportswear outlet upstairs. Shadian is worth visiting again and has been recommended to relatives and friends👍

My brother stays near the Nagata station (subway green line), exit 1. This door has an elevator, very convenient. Nearby there are convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets. The room has an iron, this is the first time I've seen a hotel that has an iron. The semi-bed is comfortable for two women who are not very big. But two men might have a hard time sleeping. The hotel has a free drink bar until 10 pm, but I didn't try it. I came back a bit late. When taking the elevator, you need a card to open the elevator. You can leave your luggage, but you have to tell the staff when you will come back to get it. It's quiet and I slept well all night. Toyota car rental is nearby.

All Richmond Hotels are excellent. In addition to this one, there is another one in Namba Daikokucho, Osaka Prefecture. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and nice. Amenities are available in the lobby and you can choose what you need. The air conditioning temperature can be adjusted in each room. It's a shame that the refrigerators provided in the guest rooms don't cool very well.

The hotel is right next to Nagata Station, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and well-matched. The room is relatively clean and well-equipped. The front desk is also quite friendly and cost-effective.

I almost always stay at the Richmond Hotel when I come to Osaka. The last time I stayed there, the restaurant next to the front desk was under renovation and they didn't offer free drinks, but this time it was nice and clean.

The environment, service, and transportation are all good, and the price is relatively affordable. I will give priority to staying at their place when I go on business trips to Osaka in the future. Haha

I was a little worried because it was my first time traveling alone, but the polite service made me feel at ease, and the room was clean and relaxing. As for access to the city, the Chuo Line runs nearby, so it wasn't that inconvenient. Above all, the breakfast was delicious. If I go to Osaka again, I'd like to stay here again.

The guy at the front desk was very kind and told me about a delicious and cheap okonomiyaki restaurant. I would definitely like to make a reservation again when I come to Osaka.

It was conveniently located near the station and there was a large car park behind the hotel.
