The stay was a mixed bag. Check in went well. We noticed fridge wasn’t working, told front desk and they addressed it when we went for supper. That night there was a horrible smell of sewer backup. In the morning I told man at front desk. He seemed more concerned why I didn’t contact the desk at 2 in the morning when my wife was sleeping. He didn’t seem concerned with the issue, and I told him that it was his issue to address because the smell was so strong. He basically dismissed my concern.
