Travelodge London Stockley Park Hayes

At fiest i was very impressed but that didnt last very long again after being evicted from premier uxb i again was looking to recover from my seizure fit injuries again evicted and given 10 mins to get my important belongings from room homeless again

Good location. Accommodation excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food quality and service was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly made and many choices acaikable. Overall we were highly impressed and would recommend this Travel Lodge

I loved my stay at this hotel! I was accompanied by Annamaria to my room and she was very very helpful and kind. The room smelled fresh and clean and everything was perfect. In the morning, Violeta, who works in the kitchen, made an amazing breakfast. It was very delicious. I would recommend this hotel for families and anyone who wants to get away for a couple nights. The views are spectacular and I loved everything.

Good points: Nice location over looking a lake. Very convenient if attending functions at the golf course next door. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast good. Staff pleasant and welcoming.q Negative points. We had a ground floor room next to a road with low windows and nets/blinds.Absolutely no privacy. Nets required! When we checked in there was only 1 member of staff on duty serving at the bar. We had to wait around 15 minutes before we could check in. Not ideal. The staff member was pleasant and apologised . He was doing his best to be fair. Hand soap in bathroom needs to be checked as we did not have any we know of someone else who did not have soap too. Other than those niggles a good hotel which we would recommend.

We had 2 rooms here the night before a trip from Heathrow. The hotel sorted all our needs. Having a bar so we could have a drink to relax was a wonderful start to our holiday. The rooms were clean and good value. The location was a 10 minute drive which was perfect

Using Travelodge means you have a known benchmark - really good facilities, clean and everything you need for a good nights stay, The team at Stockley park went further.... they were even more friendly and attentive. They seemed genuinely happy to go that extra little bit and it made a great impression. I noticed and it made me feel happier in myself - well done to the staff when I got there on the Wednesday night and also the staff on Thursday morning. I also enjoyed the meal dinner meal....had an amazing Pepperoni Pizza..... and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing.

Lovely stay as we have been back several times and will continue to return.Staff are very helpful and friendly.It is lovely and clean and the food is good.would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent for a 1 night stay after a ling flight back from Sri Lanka. The rooms were adequate but the location was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the visit very enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the staff member Annamaria she Have lovely smile all the time, who was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my stay. Happy went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and made me feel very welcome. Excellent service overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
