I am grateful that I booked this hostel. I arrived late (while the guests were sleeping), but the front desk responded to my bell ring within seconds and carried my heavy luggage upstairs. The entire check-in process was efficient. They prepared clean sheets, a pillow, and blanket. The dorm room was clean, quiet, equipped with light, mini-fan, and outlets in each bed. The bathrooms have individual shower rooms and several toilets. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, etc. were well stocked. Complimentary breakfast (chocolate pancakes) and coffee were provided. Other guests range from college students to seniors. Everyone was polite. The staff was definitely industrious, environmentally conscious, and friendly. Hope future guests will help this place keeping going like it currently is.
