Waterside needs some love. It’s showing signs of wear and tear. We stayed here some years ago and it’s gone downhill. Positives: the unit was basic but clean. Great location - close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and a free shuttle to take you around. Nice pools. Negatives: peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, dirty balcony, rust on front of stove, noisy appliances, dead trees on property and orange cones next to a whole in ground beneath our balcony (the entire 2 wks we were there.

Very nice resort but so disappointed that their beautiful pool was ice cold. There were 2 pools. The smaller one was supposedly heated but was also very cold. Walking distance to beach and stores. Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice resort but because of the pool situation probably won’t be coming back.

Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. They gave us 2 bikes to use to ride all over the island and we were close to the bike/walking trail that goes all around the island. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The resort had activities, but we were so busy that we didn't participate in them.

Waterside is a favorite resort, we've stayed here several times. You can walk to many restaurants, shops and the ocean. When we bring friends we get a 3 br unit which has 2 master suites so it's very comfortable and private for everyone. Well appointed kitchen is nice because we often cook.

We have stayed here 2x and have found it quiet (obviously in the winter it would be less busy). It has covered parking, plus the grounds are well maintained. It's a little walk (or you can get the golf cart to take you) to the beach etc.

Love Waterside, have been going there for about 20 years, always updated, clean and friendly. Great location to get to restuarants and shopping.

The Spinnaker is superbly located in walking distance to Coligny and provides ample opportunity for great dining, entertainment, and recreation experiences. Lively thriving area. The Spinnaker is well maintained with great hot tub and pool ammenities. Rental bikes are easily arranged if not provided with the unit. Great place to stay.
