overall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

We were group of 11 persons and stayed at lemon tree for two nights I feel the hotel has the bestest view of the mountains and valley… food was yummy and they made everything we wanted as per our taste …. Served us on the terrace as well … spa was good too… but the best part was the service of the whole team sp vishal sharma and nancy….and ajay thakur…. Undoubtedly best place to stay in mcleodganj….

Location of hotel is great... staff is helpful and courteous.... food is excellent... rooms are nice and cozy... evening bonfire is great... live music during dinner is icing on the cake... to top it all the location is such that u get a pleasant weather throughout the year.

Home away from home … most hospitable staff …awesome food ..they make u feel special !especially Arti at front desk , Ajay was a great great help …Chef Sunny was so sweet to have actually written up a recipe for me … the restaurant boys were simply THE BEST … Ganesh , Vishal , Arun , Nitin ! Ive always had a great experience with Lemon Tree !

The hotel location is very peaceful, great to unwind in nature. Staff at the hotel is limited but they try to go extra mile for guests. Rooms are clean and of good size. The mountain view rooms have amazing views of snow clad mountains. Food is good and buffet options are decent. They have live music at dinner time. The property is popular with group travelers and hence the property can become noisy. For sight seeing, one can ask for a cab at the front desk. The taxi service is good. This hotel is a little away from the market and other attractions but the peace and views are definitely worth it. The property has 2 beautiful dogs a Siberian malamute and an Indie...unfortunately the malamute remains tied up the whole day. Overall very good stay.

Our stay at Lemon Tree McLeod Ganj was absolutely delightful. Nestled away from the hustle of the main market, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar mountains, especially from the valley-facing rooms. We stayed in one of those, and waking up to the misty mountains each morning was truly special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with all essential amenities. The balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee and quiet evenings. What stood out was the breakfast and dinner buffet—a great spread with both Indian and continental options. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall vibe of the hotel is peaceful, warm, and welcoming. It’s ideal for both relaxing getaways and working holidays. Highly recommend choosing Lemon Tree if you’re visiting McLeod Ganj and want a comfortable stay with stunning views, good food, and top-notch service.

We had wonderful stay here at the Lemonyree. Staffs were very helpful. We were very appreciative of your courtesy especially on our long day as your staff extended our late dinner at 11:30 pm. You front desk staff Arti and Priya and Akhil and Mr. Ajay were very helpful. Thank you
