Pathetic experience at this hotel, TV don't work here, changed thrice but still not working, they don't have a basic subscription of a channel like Colors, dinner buffet is repetitive every day, when complaint to Head Chef he just gave a stupid smile & walked off. Water logging in the washroom, would advice people to carry their own squeezer to avoid this issue. I have one more night to spent here, will add photos too. Overall a very bad experience.

Excellent location and fantastic hospitality. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room was well-equipped and had all the facilities required for our stay. The catering was really good. The restaurant staff was very helpful and the food was delicious with lots of variety for everyone’s taste. Specially jaspreet , mr. Dinesh and chef arun was very nice .

Highly courteous GM and all other staffs. Harish Sharma the Gm of the resort is perosnlly takes care of each and every guest individually which makes you feel very comfortable, safe and familiar, especially when you are staying with your parents and children. Topnotch amenities with EV charging station. Excellent multicousine restaurants with spectacular view of hills. Spotless rooms. Idle location.

Hotel is superb. And surrounded by serene nature. Tye food and hospitality is amazing .. Try veg Manchurian by chef shiva , paani puri by bablu.. Head chef Arun sharma is amazing Cook.. must try Dal makhni n garlic butter Naan.. Roof top there is bar named maykhana.. And spa too.. Don't rush to see all the points . Just stay at hotel n go to rooftop u will see the best point all mountains some snow laden .. Enjoy sunset.. Manager mr sharma take cares of everyone .. Overall stay for 2 days was excellent and loved it.. Highly recommended..

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully, reflecting the hotel's commitment to quality. The service was attentive and efficient, making every meal a pleasure. I particularly enjoyed the evening dinner, where I savored a variety of local and international dishes. The restaurant's ambiance was also delightful, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience. Overall stay was excellent 👌. Specially manager Mr. Bhupinder was very nice. Highly recommended ❤️❤️
