We drove from Mulvane KS to Hinckley MN over 700 Miles and when we got there they had given away our room and had to get a room in another town.

The room was extremly dirty there was hair everywhere, the restraunt forgot our order and had us waiting for 45 minutes before i asked and they double charged me for the room for like 4 days until the 2nd charge eventually went away

Our room was super clean, very very nice. Unfortunately, the people next to us party till 6:30 in the morning. But we would definitely stay again. Love that the snack bar is open 24 hours. The staff was excellent.

Dirty bugs Original room windowsill had many dead Asian stink bugs. The shower curtain liner was dirty.when notified, staff immediately gave us a new room and apologized for our discomfort.

Everything thing was great except for the very noisy heating and cooling system in room 270 Woke up every time is ran.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All front desk and rewards desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a nice cool temp when I arrived. The only thing was service at the main bar (I think the 777 bar) was very slow.

Our room was clean. But, the bed needs replacing. It had dents where people had slept. The room had too much furniture. Too many tables. The floor lamp shade was too large,it blocked the view out the window. Dining options were limited.
