Note that a twin bed may have a large bed and a narrow sofa bed. Note that the hotel address is the name of the street that is displayed all day long. It is difficult for the driver to find it. Click on the map and you can see the hotel name, so you can find it. Be prepared to find that no matter where you go in the UK, breakfast will be almost the same and you won't like it very quickly.

Warm welcome from all staff, especially Stevie who acted as a true professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Location wise, it has very good connections and sits right next to a lovely canal.

We have stayed here often as we visit family in the area. We have always had a pleasant stay and were especially made to feel welcome on this occasion by the lovely Karen who was friendly and very helpful. We also enjoy the marina nearby with the wildlife. Definitely will return.

The hotel in itself is of a very high standard. The conference room we had was outstanding. The food is good the receptionists are very friendly. However, the room in was in was dated. With a hole in the bathroom door and is in a dire need to a lick of paint. My biggest gripe was the bar. 2 people serving with people at least 10-14 deep waiting to be served with both food and drinks. Then both nights food order came out disjointed people had finished before other orders arrived. This really needs to be dealt with. It has left a sour taste in my visit for me.

The receptionist is excellent her name is Claire she is really helpful and also got a lot off time for people. Very friendly and kind, polite and caring person. Nothing is to much trouble and she is very professional with her and always greeted with a smile.

This tired out of town hotel is £10 in a taxi from Nuneaton Station or £5 in a taxi from Hinckley station. There is plenty of parking. Receptionist on arrival was gossipping on her mobile. Room tired, no kingsize mattress ect as promised on the tv adverts. Just a double and single sofa bed. Paint peeling on skirtings in bathroom. Room very very cold. The temperature controls did not work, so I asked the receptionist hiding in the back and she told me she would turn on the controls centrally. Did that and warmed up the room, but it became very hot very quickly so turned it off again and struggled to sleep as the room was now stifling.. Beds not comfy as the mattress protector didnt fit the bed, the walls are thin and you can hear people outside your room. Food is served in the brewers fair pub next door. We looked at the menu and there was nothing gluten free on it, so had to go down the road to the GF fish and chip shop instead. Did have a drink in the pub and it was very loud with rugby on TV and screaming children in dinning/play area. I asked if there would be anything GF for breakfast and was assured there was (I had already paid). At breakfast another surley staff member who just gave me an allergy folder when I asked what gluten free items they offer. She poured her self a coffee and wandered around the dinning area eating sausages with her fingers straight from the bowl - yuk! Only GF cereal was museli which contained coconut which I am extreamly allergic to and all the cereals had been tossed around the counter. I asked for 3 slices of GF toast (as they are usually small) and 2 GF sausages . Of course the server wasnt listening and gave me 3 sausages and 2 toasts. The fried eggs were very greasy and fell off the spatular. The scrambled eggs had liquid running from them. The tomatoes were raw and the mushrooms were wrinkley. The GF vegan sausages were tasteless and I had to hunt around the other tables for tomato ketchup. There was no black pepper either? Juice glasses were tiny so needed to keep going up for a refil. All in all shambolic The morning receptionist was jolly and helpful and gave s a local taxi number number. He appologised for the state of the pub. But it was all too shabby for me I would not return. It was a whacking £80 for the room plus £10 for breakfast. It was more like a £40 motel next to a rough pub. I do feel thoroughly ripped off

The hotel needs an update. I've stayed in Premier Inn hotels over the years. This was the first time that I spent such an uncomfortable night due to a worn out mattress. The chair was wobbly it was dangerous.

Hotel ok in general. However, their "Ultimate" wifi cost me £5 and was almost non-existent. The hotel reception promised to refund my £5 that day, but it has not done so. Also awaiting a response to my email to customer services regarding this. It's been unanswered after more than one week. Pretty rubbish customer service.
