Definitely would go again if and only if it is free of charge! Couldn’t order room service as you couldn’t give a phone call to do so! Down to the its restaurant to have dinner but had been waiting for over an hour (the restaurant manager offered complement drinks as apology!). What a big hotel with several hundred of rooms but have a small swimming pool and jacuzzi so you could only enjoy less than an hour per day (which hasn’t been mentioned when you booked it!). Poor WiFi connection in guest room. Weekend staff seemed to be part time who wouldn’t care what you want! We stayed 3 days 2 nights and only 1 gentleman staff on Monday morning provided excellent service to each guest!

One night in the small town of Rugby was quite chill. The hotel is relatively premium in the local area, with small fountains and lawns. It takes about 18 pounds to take a taxi from Rugby Railway Station, and there is no public transportation.
The lady at the front desk is not enthusiastic, but she is quite decent. The request to extend the check-out by two hours was agreed.
The hotel is relatively large with long corridors. The room is relatively spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom decoration is clean and modern (because many hotels in the UK are relatively old facilities, this one looks good)
Breakfast is served in a traditional English style from 6 to 10 o'clock, but we don't have much food left at 9:30, so try to have breakfast as early as possible.
Many parents and children stay here, it is lively, but the sound insulation is good so you won't be disturbed. Generally speaking, it is good. It is too late to experience the gym and swimming pool. It is worth a short stay to experience the tranquility of the countryside.

Our stay here was lovely. Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly too. We paid for breakfast and felt the options were very limited especially for vegetarians. Other than that I would recommend :)

Our 2nd stay here. Would stay again. Huge hotel. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The gym/swim area is amazing. All staff, except the young girls at reception when we checked in, were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was just okay.
