The location is excellent, just next to the train station, close to the Black Forest Trail, you can explore Ravenna Gorge or Panoramaweg on foot. After a day of hiking, it is the ultimate relaxation. The room is spacious and comfortable, the equipment is perfect, I feel that the hotel is very careful in every detail, I see that they will change the flowers in the corridor every day, very thoughtful. The breakfast is rich and invincible, fresh bread, local sausage, cheese, fruit and hot eggs are all available, and a small presentation will be placed on the table, reporting the weather of the day, nearby attractions, hiking suggestions, etc., very attentive; Dinner is equally delicious, with a special four-course menu every night, comfortable and elegant environment, not only enjoying their thoughts on each food, but also every corner of the environment. "I spent a week with my kids during the summer. This is not a place for family, the host was furious with my kids and always yelled at them whenever they were inside the hotel or in the garden. The worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially families with kids. Another thing, it feels like a prison during breakfast: only one piece of bread per person, and every time you ask for more, you see a weird look on the face of the hotel manager (in fact, the entire hotel has one person running everything) . I don't think this place deserves the ranking they claim they have. This is not a 3-star hotel for me."
