A Wonderful Stay in Hirosaki – We’ll Definitely Be Back!
We had a very enjoyable stay here and would definitely come back if we visit Aomori again.
The hotel is in a good location, and the parking system is excellent. A special mention to the two parking supervising officers — they were both very helpful+big smile and did a great job. I wouldn’t say the hotel is particularly close to the train station, but if you have a rental car, getting around is very easy and convenient.
One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen. It wasn’t too crowded during our visit, which made it really relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel has several pools onsite — two cold and one hot indoor pools, an outdoor pool, as well as a sauna. It was great for our family and we really enjoyed having these facilities available.
We also loved the breakfast. We’ve stayed at Dormy Inn hotels before, so we already knew we could expect a good variety and quality of food. Dormy Inn is a trusted hotel chain that we really enjoy, and this stay did not disappoint.
Another unexpected highlight for us was the coffee from the coffee machine! It’s a strong brew and, so far, the best coffee we've had in Japan. It reminded me of the coffee we get back home in Melbourne. As a frequent Japan traveller from Melbourne, coffee is our comfort drink, so this was definitely a bonus for us!
Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. Our family had a wonderful time here, and we will definitely be back when we return to Aomori.
