This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. I was happy to find that the location of the hotel was just amid the heart of the city. You can easily find restaurants, shops nearby and not to mention some historical points. Traveling by trams is also very convenient. Breakfast choice is on the average acceptable. I like the hot spring on the top floor which is very clean and have an outer area that you can enjoy hot bath and at the same time watch the stars.

First of all, I can't believe a hotel of this calibre has a residential air conditioner. The air conditioner was positioned so that it blew directly onto the bed, and it was so loud that I ended up turning it off to sleep.
There were two types of pillows, but the softer one wasn't very soft, and I wondered if they had two of the same type. It was hard for me as I like soft pillows.
I think two elevators is not enough for this number of rooms. I ended up waiting quite a while.
I think it would be nice to have at least drip coffee packets in the room for a hotel of this calibre, but there weren't any.
The large public bath on the top floor, which was supposed to be the hotel's biggest selling point, also had a large area of frosted glass, so you couldn't enjoy the view.

The first thing I did when I got to the room was use the bathroom, but it smelled like pee.
The ice bucket in the room and the bed were covered in dust.
I read in reviews that the breakfast was delicious, but the selection was limited and the flow of people was poor.
The number of hotels in Hiroshima is increasing rapidly, and with such a wide range of options, it may be difficult to attract repeat customers.

The entrance was a little hard to find, but once you got used to it, it wasn't a problem. Even though it's in a busy area, it has a calm atmosphere and a spa, so I was happy.
I thought the customer service was accurate, check-in and check-out was simple, and there were repeat customers.
