This is an older, but well-maintained property. The rooms are much bigger and better equipped than the equivalently-priced business or tourist hotel. No restaurant, but very reasonably priced meals can be ordered in the room, mainly through a Japanese-only TV system. Staff were very helpful with extra towels, parking issues, and meals were delivered punctually at the requested time. Drawback: absolutely no view of anything, as all windows are curtained and shuttered. It helps to know the custom in Japanese adult-only hotels: privacy is paramount! You see no front-desk staff, and if other customers happen to show up, you don't "see" them.

This was my second stay here. The response was as polite as last time. If you stay for multiple nights, the cleaning time is from 12:00 to 15:00, so you have to go out during that time, but other than that, the room was kept clean and it was a comfortable stay.

This was my first time staying here.
I informed them in advance that I would be late for check-in and they accommodated me, and the receptionist was polite and very nice.
I was staying in a car and had to leave the key at the reception, but as long as I told them when I was leaving and leaving, they changed my car and let me leave smoothly.
The price including parking was good, and for a couple, the rooms and baths were larger and cleaner than a poor business hotel, and the location was convenient for us.
