I've been to Hiroshima for business and stayed at the Flex Hotel many times. I really like it here. The rooms are good, clean, and affordable. The staff provides excellent service. 👍👍👍👍👍

Recently stayed at the Flex hotel, and enjoyed my stay. Location was great especially as the signage is high up on the hotel so can be seen from a distance. Close to the train station and near all the ‘tourist’ spots. You can op in or out of the breakfast, it’s simple but tasty and makes it an easy start to the day. The hotel also serves lunches. They provide the usual toiletries etc. the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I would recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

A very nice location next to the river. There is a breakfast cafe alongside the river. The location is also conveniently located near Hiroshima Station and the Peace Memorial Park. The staff were very responsive and helpful.

Well located just 5 min walk from the station. About 20-25min walk from the atomic bomb dome (but still possible to go there on foot). Rooms are small for the price (but like everywhere else in Japan!). Overall clean (more in-depth cleaning would be appreciated). Shower products and amenities are available. Staff very kind. The breakfast is not "à buffet" but nevertheless I think still nice and good. It is served on a terrace facing trees and the river (it compensate the fact that it's not à buffet/ illimited). I overall recommend to stay at this hotel.

About 10-12 mins walk from the JR train station . The rooms are so small but clean and look a bit old for the setting . Breakfast 1100 yen or 1000 yen is rather not value for money compared to other hotels I have dtayed

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and their luggage storage service was helpful. Our room had a foundation that ran through it which was odd. The breakfast was amazing!

Pretty dated and small hotel. No frills and price is reasonable. It is clean and satisfactory for a good shower and a night’s rest. Short walk from the train station and a convenience store just downstairs. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to find. We walk thru the underground walkway, as it was raining when we arrives, try to look for exit 6, there is a lift around there for your luggage. The rest will be on surface... mostly flat ground. Breakfast was nice!

Cons: Small electric sockets (the only plug which could fit my travel plug was in the bathroom). Strict 10:00 - 17:00 room cleaning rule. I was informed this was the time for cleaning on check-in, I was then phoned each morning at 11:00 to ask if I wanted cleaning (e.g., when are you leaving the room?). Check-out at 10:00 (because of cleaning?) Pros: Perfect location. Good A/C & wifi. Cheap laundry service. Great nightly price.

I was able to stay there without any inconveniences. It was clean, and there were plenty of amenities available next to the reception on the first floor, which I appreciated. The location was also great, about a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station.
