This hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.

Great location, easy to walk from the train station, good amenities

Good location. There is parking beside the hotel. Room is good size, bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is ok. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Oddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good especially free drink and late night snack.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a moderate single room. The room size was great, bed was really comfy, and also staffs were very friendly. Just a short walking distance to the main street and sightseeing sites.

It is about 5-10 minutes away from the center of Hiroshima, where you can reach shopping streets, department stores, and food courts. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the stay is very comfortable. There is a small sofa and a coffee table in the room, so you can sit down at night, which is great!

The transportation is quite convenient, not far from the tram and bus station, and it is convenient to go to tourist attractions. The room is large, modern and simple, very clean, with sensor lighting, a large bath and free midnight snacks, which is very good.

It was very beautiful. The hotel was also 8 minutes by streetcar from Hiroshima Station to Hatchobori + 2-3 minutes on foot. The streetcars 1, 2, and 6 stop at Hatchobori, so I was able to get on right away without waiting! I could walk to Hiroshima Castle! It was about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Castle to the Atomic Bomb Dome, but I took the bus because it was raining. The bus was late and I got on the Maple bus, which was 230 yen flat rate, a little walk from Hiroshima Castle. I was able to pay for both the streetcar and the bus with Suica!! It was about a 10-minute bus ride from Hiroshima Castle to the Atomic Bomb Dome, and it was easy because it took me right to the Peace Museum when I got off!! On the second day, I went to Miyajima, and I was grateful that the hotel allowed me to leave my suitcase there. When I came back, they were serving afternoon tea, so I went there. It's great that you can relax at the hotel even after checking out. The large communal bath is really small, with 16 showers, about 20 lockers, and 5-6 hairdryers. There was only one hot spring, and there were only foreigners there, so if you want to relax, I recommend the bath in your room. The buffet was crowded when I went there in the morning, so you can either get a numbered ticket and wait there, or you can return to your room and they will call you. I returned to my room, and they called me within 10-15 minutes. The ochazuke at night was delicious. About 80% of the tourists were foreigners, but everyone was quiet and nice.

The location of the hotel is not the most convenient, but Hiroshima City has buses and light rails, so transportation is not a big problem. The hotel is relatively new and the hygiene is very good. The room size is large in Japan, but the bath is very small

The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation. The rooms are not big, but relatively cheap. It is a highly recommended hotel. However, most hotels in Japan are similar. They are small but have everything.
