The hotel is located in a very good location. It closes to Hondori shopping street. The hotel also has its own parking building.

Pretty good breakfast selection, kind staff that can speak english, spacious room. Enjoyed my stay, no complaints 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The hotel itself offers an abundant and professional breakfast service that truly stands out. What makes this hotel even more special is the thoughtful inclusion of a local Japanese facial cleansing brand in the amenities. The large public bathhouse is also a great highlight—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

Good in location. Close to city center & shopping area. Just 15 mins from Hiroshima Bullet train station. Staff is friendly. Communication is easy Room is clean and hv enough space.

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the Iounge. Highly Recommended!

The room was generally clean although there were a couple stains on the couch. The room was quiet which was a plus after a long day of sightseeing. We didn't use the onsen - but thought it was a good amenity to have on site. The room items (toiletries) were kept at the front desk, which helped limit the amount taken by certain guests overtaking products. We thought the location was decent, but still far from the station and the peace memorial park. We would stay here again as the value was decent for what we paid.

Modern and clean hotel, located close to the electric train (trams) Reception is located on the top floor (14) lots of nice accessories available plus lovely snacks and coffee/tea through out the day, highly appreciated. Room was lovely, clean, has small window, but not an issue. Breakfast was standard, and staff were polite. Shops and restaurants on road, easy to walk to memorial park, about 15 minutes, 3 stops from main train station, easy to navigate to Miyajimaguchi island. Wonderful two days.

Having no idea why there are so many 5-star reviews. The location is good but that’s it. The room gives cheap and not-really-clean vibes. My skin was itchy after one night on these sheets. Also, they have a queue for the breakfast! I have visited more than 30 different countries and staid in many hotels but saw the breakfast queue for the first time in my life. And the waiting time was long! Around 40 minutes just to eat 😂 We were lucky to stay only for one night. Better pay a little bit more and stay in much better hotel.

The surroundings are quite convenient, and the room size is decent by Japanese standards. There are many complimentary services offered at various times. The large public bath is also very nice. There's a washing machine and dryer for 500 yen.
