The hotel boasts an excellent location, practically a stone's throw from Peace Memorial Park, making it super convenient for visiting museums, catching the ferry to Miyajima, and shopping downtown. The top-floor restaurant offers expansive views, perfect for enjoying the city scenery while you dine. Just a heads-up, there are only two guest elevators, so you might experience a short wait during breakfast when everyone heads up to the restaurant. Overall, the location, views, and ease of getting around are fantastic, making it a very convenient choice for a stay in Hiroshima.

Close to the city center with convenient access to transportation. Hotel staff are friendly and can speak English.

It was a great location, right along the river and walking distance to the War Museum and Aronic Dome. 15 train from the railway station. Highly recommended

Traveling alone to Hiroshima with no plans, I've wanted to visit ever since I passed through here on my way to Kyushu during my stay in Tokyo over ten years ago! The hotel price was unbelievably cheap – such great value for money! The cleanliness, service, and location were all excellent. There's a popular ramen spot right next door, and you can see the A-bomb dome from the window! Overall, highly recommended!

Near the Hiroshima museum, convinient to move around. But difficult to go to train station. Clean and good facilities

Great hotel! Very well located, walking distance to the Peace Park and all the main touristic attractions. The staff was very mice, particularly the cleaning lady.

The only upside was the hotel's great location, right across from the Peace Memorial Park and very close to the shopping street. Everything else was far below what you'd expect from a MyStays hotel, or even a typical Japanese business hotel. The facilities were old and poorly maintained, with extremely poor conditions in the common areas. Inside the room, the amenities were outdated; the fridge was moldy and unusable, which affected the quality of the sake I bought during my trip as I couldn't chill it. The bedding was severely yellowed and old, and to top it off, there was a bloodstain from a previous guest on the pillow – absolutely disgusting. The next day, I had an allergic reaction on my skin from mite bites. The hotel also seemed unfriendly towards guests from other Asian countries. I had requested a quiet room in my reservation notes, but they put me on the 3rd floor right next to the AC units, on the same floor as a tour group. The constant low and high-frequency noise at night made it almost impossible to sleep, while European guests seemed to be placed on higher floors, which was baffling. Luckily, I only booked one night here. For the rest of my time in Hiroshima, staying at the ANA Hotel, just 100 meters away, was a true relief.

We chose the hotel for a good price in a convenient area. We were just staying for one night as a trip from an Osaka base and just took things for an overnight stay. It worked perfectly for us to visit Miyajima on arrival in Hiroshima, stay overnight then visit the Peace Park & Museum the following day. The hotel is perfectly positioned and we paid a little extra for a room with a view of the surviving dome building (photo). The room had older furnishings but was clean and comfortable and had been updated with usb ports for charging phones. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. We paid for breakfast which was very good and had a wide variety of food options- both western style and Japanese style. We would choose to stay there again.

The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are very outdated. The view from the window also doesn't match the promotional pictures; I was given a room with no view at all, just a corner and residential buildings outside. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. There are too many hotel options in Hiroshima.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We're a family of four, occupying two separate bedrooms. What we really liked was the hotel's proximity to the Peace Park. A short stroll will take you to the tram station. We booked for the morning breakfast, selection is very good. But there could a short wait at the door depending on what time you go in the morning. We won't mind staying again here if given the chance.

Nice and clean. Good food

The hotel close by Hiroshima Peace Memorial park and museum, just couple minutes walk. Lots of cherry blossom trees along the river. Lots of good restaurants around around.
