I used it because the breakfast evaluation was high. As the reputation is, the breakfast was large and I couldn't see it in business food, so I thought it was handmade one by one. It was delicious. I wanted to eat all kinds, but I couldn't laugh The hotel itself is old, but the building and the room are beautiful. It was good because there was an air cleaner (with humidifier function) and the air conditioning could be adjusted for each room. However, it is better not to expect the view from the window because it is in the city. The room I stayed in was only able to see the emergency stairs and outdoor machines between the buildings when I opened the window. There is a large bath (artificial hot spring). Women recommend bringing small things and changing clothes in the room because there is no bag. You can go to the public bath with roomwear and slippers, but you may be able to see through because the dough is thin. Basic cosmetics are only one in the dressing room. It is better to bring this because it is not placed in 々 in the place where the body is washed. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel.

The female staff remembered the room I asked before and responded immediately. The staff was very good, but the room was dusty and sorry. The level where the kusami did not stop all the time. The body sponge was deteriorating, and the hole was empty and many were uncomfortable. It is a common type of sponge in a business hotel, but I saw such a deteriorated sponge for the first time. I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage. On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem. I really did enjoy my time using the spring baths. ¥150 well spent. Thanks again to her 😊

The location of the hotel is the best in Hiroshima, I have to say. It's less than 10 minutes walk to Hiroshima Castle, 15 minutes from Nuclear Bombing Dome, and right beside one the biggest shopping Plaza in Hiroshima. However, the amenities and service are quite disappointing. Very slow internet, broken AC and terrible breakfast are some of many complains that I have. By the way, they have spa, gym, and indoor swimming pool which none of them are usable. You have to be a member or pay extra to use them. Very ridiculous, they should state the condition on the app before someone books the hotel. Big minus from me.

The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
