I was very satisfied.

This is a truly excellent accommodation for the price. You can use the outdoor hot spring for free while staying at the accommodation, and the family bath was also available the next morning. Check-in was done at the hot spring counter located opposite the accommodation entrance. Some Korean was available. There is nothing around the hotel, and it is a difficult location to reach without a car. The room has a toilet and sink, but you have to go to the hot spring to shower. Parking is also free.

I requested a refund because the bus to Hita was not running due to the weather, but they didn't give me a refund;; I lost 170,000 won.

The family bath that you can use with coins the next day is really awesome.. You can also use the open-air hot spring, and after staying overnight, you can even use the private hot spring! The hot spring is so hot that I sweat a lot even if I just sit down for a little while, and even though it was cold because it rained, my body was so warm after taking the hot spring that I didn't feel the cold. The accommodation itself is hard to get to without a car, but the view is amazing. And the price is very reasonable, so if I visit Hita again, I'll want to visit this accommodation again!

It's the best ryokan. Personally, I liked it better than Yufuin, and there were good yakiniku and soba restaurants nearby. The location is a bit out of the way, so you can take a taxi, but the hot springs are still the best. However, it's a 20-minute walk to a convenience store, so I recommend you do your shopping in advance.

Just a mountain stream

It's a bit far from the station, but it's worth traveling by bus. It was a family room, and I felt it was very spacious for two people. The open-air bath on check-in day was good, and the family bath before check-out was also good. There is a yakiniku restaurant next to the accommodation. It's delicious, so be sure to go there.
