As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. The service is thoughtful and welcoming, very close to the pink church, about five or six minutes on foot, suitable for family and children, close to the surrounding attractions, there are many Audrey fabric markets nearby, especially beautiful, praise 👍

It is very comfortable. The whole family has set up a villa for a trip. It is a very comfortable environment. During the epidemic, relax in the small courtyard of the villa and feel quiet when you are empty. Soaking in the hot springs in the private hot spring pool of the villa is a great pleasure. Although it is raining all the time without luck, it is comfortable enough. The hotel service is very attentive. There are fruits, milk, and supper every day. I have to say supper, a bucket of fried noodles or fried noodles, and a bucket of lean meat porridge. The taste is very good! Will come again and will introduce relatives and friends to come!

Came here for a few nights as apart of at tour. The location is very central, on a busy street opposite the park, but there are few bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Parts of the building are renovated and some not. The facilities are variable with no bar, just a fridge. The rooms are also variable as is the cleaning of them. Don’t get a front room as road noise is high. Some windows are hard to close and the TV has no European language channels or news. The bed in our room was a king size base with a double mattress, so we kept catching our legs on the corner. The service is slow and variable quality, while the breakfast was limited to eggs, bread and jam. Nothing is really bad, but also not very good either…

Hotel is hard to find in the alley There is a place to park but no parking (tell carefully before renting) Nice room, fully equipped but old, bed sheets and pillows have been changed to yellow, squid, the floor is full of black stains, a lot of dust The whole auto-guided scenario can only read the instructions that takes a long time to find out, but it will be quick to understand. Good customer service, support answer ok

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Good location and loads of amenities around it. Wasn't the nicest Hotel but for the price considering it wasn't too bad. Would rather stay elsewhere again as it was abit dirty and old fashioned. If you are looking for somewhere to rest your head for a night after or before a flight from ho chi min then its not the worst place you could stay.

I came here on a business trip. I am in the city. It is convenient to travel. The room facilities are very complete. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. 1 / 2 Well, where shall I start? Ok, the positives, as it won’t take very long. The air con in our room (202) was excellent. Never let us down and was as expected. Also, the security to the building was good. Passcode doors to enter the property, before your room key to access your room. The bed was comfy and we slept well, although the image of the deluxe mattress in the web photos is somewhat deceiving. Ours was a about a third of the depth of those shown in the web pics. Now for the negatives. Let’s start with the red ant infestation. They came in everyday near the kitchenet sink area. I think the cleaner may have cleaned them up once, but we ended up having to buy a big can of RAID to wipe them out every morning. I left the mess to see if the cleaner would notice the growing pile of ant bodies needing to be cleaned away, but she either didn’t, or didn’t care. I let them pile up. The extent of the ant problem wasn’t really fully realised until we started to pack up to leave (we stayed 19 nights). Upon moving our clothes, we found ants running around inside, and my wife was almost physically sick when she had found that ants had invaded her make-up bag, and decided to make home in her makeup sponge, which was in a plastic case. The food stuff we had bought to bring home also suffered. Some sealed packets had also become infested and rendered the food useless. We also found some in our bed. This was all reported to Cozrum before we vacated. The condition of the room was pretty terrible. We booked on the basis of the photos and reviews on reputable booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia and Agodo. What you see in those pictures advertising the property is NOT what you will get now. If you had booked 10 years ago, then maybe, but not now. The walls and ceiling were dirty. The walls had paint missing where chairs had been repeatedly scaped against it. Things that had been stuck and removed from walls had left horrible scuff marks. The “white” walls were dirty. Grime (mold?), years of build up of dust/fat and dirt and probably a faulty aircon unit just made the whole place look dirty. The tap handle in the bathroom had been replaced with a big old screw, and the grime around the sink was horrible. Bed linen was old and tired, as were the towels. We asked for an extra pillow for a family member that needed one for a breathing condition. They said “No”. They apparently only had enough pillows for each room. So, what happens if your pillow is unusable? No replacement? We ended up having to buy one. There were also spiders webs in the corners, and the balcony area looked like it had never been cleaned. Our door lock battery failed whilst we were there, as it did for my mother who was staying upstairs. No fun sitting on the stairs in 40 degree heat waiting for the management company to let you back in. We also encountered other guests trying to access the property. N*** location near the center, adjacent to amenities such as market, pharmacy,... Professional support website system. Fully furnished, with kitchen cooking utensils, rice cooker but no dining table. The sheets and pillowcases were quite old, dark in color, and the bathroom sink was so old that it had a big hole torn in it. Spraying insecticide but not cleaning up afterward left cockroaches in many places in the room. Remember to thoroughly wash eating utensils before using. The room is not soundproof so the noise is very loud.
