Pros: Lovely rooms (two-bedroom) which had everything you needed. Nicely decorated and felt upscale. Hotel was slightly off the main road and rooms were quiet. HCMC roads are busy and noisy!! Small but clean gym, small playground for kids (indoor and outdoor). Pool is big and clean. Restaurant area next to pool. Lobby and reception area is very nice, smells good and has a luxurious feel. Location was good, near the zoo. Cons: only one: breakfast. Vietnamese food is very good but this was the hotel’s weakest link. Limited choice and not that delicious, if you got there after 8.30am almost all the warm food was cold. Hope this can be improved.

Overall the service and rooms were pretty good, however there was a little embarrassing moment at check-in when they asked the me to write down on paper the name of my girlfriend when she was already on the booking. They proceeded to tell me that it is okay this time only, but next time I need to book an extra room for my girlfriend. It was really embarrassing and I was actually kind of offended. I won't be paying for an extra room next time just quietly, If I am turned away I will take my business elsewhere.

It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

Stayed here for two weeks while I was lecturing nearby. Clean. comfortable room - good value for money. But staff were very helpful and caring. I wasn't feeling well one day and the breakfast manager conjured up a lovely rice porridge for me. The hotel is on a lively street with a variety of restaurant choices. I will be back.

Very convenient hotel, close to the local hotspots, very friendly personnel and good breakfast. At lower floor the noise from the nearby traffic is a bit too loud, but fortunately the hotel gave us another room directly at the 15th floor, which was much better. Nice rooftop swimming pool, I'd go back to this place for sure.

They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Since Ho Chi Minh often goes on business trips, I think it is a suitable hotel for business trips as a result of visiting about 10 hotels. 1. The price is reasonable, and the breakfast is good compared to other hotels in this price range in District 1. 2. It is good to sleep because the surroundings are quiet at night. 3. As it is a nationwide chain hotel in Vietnam, it is clean and there are many English-speaking staff, so communication is not a problem. 4. I have little fitness, but it is difficult to do simple exercises. 5. The room size is small and the wifi works well 6. There is a Somerset Hotel right in front, and the coffee shop on the first floor is a famous chain store. It is very delicious. It takes 15 minutes to walk to downtown District 7.1 and takes a taxi for 5 minutes and 30,000 dong. 8. It is right behind the Central Post Office, the Ho Chi Minh sightseeing course.

We chose the Somerset Chancellor due to it’s location and the ability to comfortably fit our family of five. The apartments are relatively basic but clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment, we did need help with plane tickets and the team on the desk were great, helping us work through. The convenience store attached to the hotel was very handy!

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was large and a great space for my family of four. The facilities were very nice but the service is excellent. We would like to thank Handsome Van at the front desk along with every person at the front desk for the next level of service they provided. I really was blown away by the great service we received from the doorman to the servers to the drivers to and from the airport. It has been 5 years since I have been back to Vietnam and the service at the hotel was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! They really made my stay wonderful. I really enjoyed my week stay at The Bloom. The room was spacious. The best thing about the hotel is the front desk staff was very attentive. They are good at opening doors 24/7. I arrived six hours early before check-in and I was helped a lot with recommendations and was welcomed really well by Phuoc (sorry maybe the spelling is wrong) - he was great! We also really enjoyed Quin who we bothered everyday with advice lol! There was also the tall man and the other man who is usually there were really helpful as well. Thank you for making our stay very very accommodating. Thank you so much! See you again!

NO SPA AS ADVERTISED WE BOOKED MONTHS AGO TO FIND OUT THIS ISNT EVEN A SPA HOTEL. Restaurant worker very creepy super unsatisfied with the experience in general, I did not get served was told I had to get my own food. When I was getting my food a male restaurant worker came to stare at my pregnant wife (this was the fourth time he made her uncomfortable over two days). this creepy man paced back and forth near our table toward the back of the restaurant (we wanted privacy) despite there being no one else in the place. will never come back there again. Ordered pork ribs and it was entirely bones barely any meat or flavoring on the chicken pesto spent over $20 USD for literal fried garbage. Pesto chicken had no flavor. OVERPRICED, as was everything in the “spa hotel” (once again NO SPA FALSE ADVERTISING!!!) Staff never gave us an elevator key, which is different than the room key, so we spent fifteen minutes just trying to get back downstairs after a horrible “restaurant” experience. They couldn’t figure out how to get us down either. Was told the manager would be up to talk with us shortly and after about an hour and a half I had to call the front desk twice before they actually sent someone, not a manager, to our room who had zero solution to any issues just promised us “free stuff”. Which we never received. On top of my money back I want my time back! Horrible hotel DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a misleading, extorting experience. You’d be better off at an air b n b. Overpriced and a terrible time. Rooms are not soundproof you can hear everyone’s conversations outside and every door slam shut. My pregnant wife and I barely got any sleep, and it was supposed to be a spa hotel experience. What a joke! Management NEVER came to speak with us. They just ignored us all day. I’m assuming there is no management on staff as no one ever came to talk to us, which seems incredible. DONT STAY HERE save money and have a better experience anywhere else.

From the airport to the hotel, Grab was used, 131.000VND (about 780 yen) return 232.000VND (about 1380 yen). It has just opened, everything is new, and it is the same as a Japanese business hotel. The front desk staff were cheerful, kind and polite, and the employee education was well done, and the customer service was great. The deluxe room is spacious 々, comfortable beds, bathroom facilities are all TOTO products, amenities are substantial, temperature control water pressure is perfect shower and perfect. Breakfast is also rich in variety with Japanese and Western food pho, especially miso soup is the Japanese taste! It was delicious. The elevator is room key authentication and has complete security measures. The rooftop pool is also wide 々 and comfortable. It is located on the street that is one back from the Japanese town, but it is a convenient place to go anywhere. When I requested to change the breakfast the next morning to the meal box for late night check-out, I was very happy to have a Japanese lunch box at check-out. Thank you very much! I was able to spend comfortably. I want a stay that is completely the same as the Japanese business environment, and I want to eat delicious Japanese food for breakfast! This is an absolute recommended hotel for those who say. Very satisfied, Lipi confirmed!

It is a good place to stay in for those who want to spend their time in calm & peace. Our room has a pretty big balcony on which there are two beach bed chairs and a table and from which we could enjoy a beautiful view of the white church located across the street. And plus, there were not a huge range of food at the breakfast restaurant but they serve you really authentic Vietnamese, home-made like food such as pork noodles (Pho), stir-fried egg rice etc that make your mouth water. My favorite was their high quality coffee that had a good aroma & tasted smooth & mild.

I booked one night for working stay. The apartment is nearby the city center and can go through by Dien Bien Phu st / Xo Viet Nghe Tinh st. Not many restaurants nearby, or early closed, but there were also a cf shop and ministop which are easy to walk there. Room was modern, large and convenient. The electricity was really strong. The bathroom was clean and cosy with big shampoo/soap bottles. They have good TV signals and many internet connections but quite unstabled. I came in at night so the balcony was not-in-use with me and when I woke up, the bright from outside is so good to enjoy. Not many staffs, just an elder housekeeper who is very kind, sympathetic and helpful. The security was good so pleasure staying there. Tips: they have a kitchen with full equipped, I don't think you should cook but may be, you can enjoy a cup of hot instant noodles and a cosy sofa when you want to have a break after long time using computer.

This hotel saved us when another hotel didn't honour our booking. Super friendly staff gave us a really nice room, actually suite size. Came with cooking facilities . Really clean , sleek , and modern looking. No smart tv though but good WiFi and lots of good steet good nearby. In a laneway so it's quiet . We really had a great 6 days here. Pet Friendly. Highly recommend. Not expensive for what you get . Great friendly English speaking front desk staff.
