The room service was well done. There was daily fruit top up and coffee/tes at the pantry at every floor. Location was perfect for sight seeing such as the Ben Thanh market, Opera House, Skydeck and Post Office. The church is currently under restructuring. Takashimaya is just beneath the hotel. Lotsa restaurants and supermarket.

Honestly, the for this price point,i will never stay at this hotel again. The room's are nice. it is uniquely designed, unlike the usual hotel layout. But for the price we paid, getting a low floor corner room, subpar lobby, there are much better hotels out there. I stay in HCM often and other brands such as Nikko is much better in comparison.
The main dealbreaker for this hotel is definitely the toilet door. The shower area is a cubicle size with NO DOOR. and it is right beside the toilet entrance. Water overflows to the outside and splashes to the entire toilet floor making it slippery and unsafe. The floor towel is basically soaked after the 1st shower.
Second time staying there a year later. Always a welcoming comfortable stay. Breakfast staff amazing. Hygiene is impeccable and hospitality is very considerate. My go to for a reliable stay in HCMC
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the room is slightly small.
Hygiene: The hygiene is in line with expectations, and the bedding is clean and tidy.
Environment: The surrounding facilities are quite convenient, it is easy to take a taxi, and there are many choices for food and accommodation.
Service: The service is OK, and no deposit is collected. The bar in the lobby on the first floor is pretty good.

Hands down the best hotel in Vung Tau. It's pricey but you get a lot for your money. Keep an eye out for good deals during the week. Fantastic everything: pools are great, rooftop especially amazing at sunset. Staff are brilliant, super fun and friendly and very accommodating. Everyone seems to be having a good time there which is great to see. Bars and restaurants are close, if you like seafood go to the wet market and buy some, find a guy with a grill, cook it up and eat amazing seafood for no money. Alternatively, loads of seafood restaurants close by if you want a bit more comfort. Highly recommended.
Amazing place in Ho Tram for all member in family. Golf course nearby (Bluff) for father. Shopping area (the hampton night market) for mother. Kids club and swimming pool for the kid. Too busy enjoying everthing this lovely hotel offer so I didnt take any picture of the room. But everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the services are top of the class.
