Ho Chi Minh City District 10 3-star Hotels

Nice room, comfortable bed. Because my room had no window, it was a bit stuffy and hot. Convenient location and very close to VanHanh Mall for those who like shopping. Opposite there is a 24/7 noodle shop that is also very delicious. Suitable for those who work or travel for a short time like me.

ห้องพักของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าและอาจไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่คาดหวังความหรูหราหรือความใหม่ของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อย่างไรก็ตาม สำหรับใครที่ไม่ได้ซีเรียสกับรายละเอียดเล็กน้อยมากนัก ถือว่ายังพอใช้เป็นที่พักระหว่างเดินทางได้ จุดที่ควรพิจารณาคือทำเลที่ตั้งซึ่งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสนามบิน หากต้องการเดินทางไป-กลับสนามบินอาจต้องเผื่อเวลาเป็นพิเศษ แต่ข้อดีคือโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใน เขต 10 ของเวียดนาม ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นย่านที่มีของกินอร่อย ๆ และร้านค้าท้องถิ่นมากมายให้เลือก โดยเฉพาะอาหารเวียดนามแท้ ๆ ที่ราคาไม่แพงและรสชาติดี สรุปแล้ว ถ้าไม่ติดเรื่องห้องที่เก่าและระยะทางจากสนามบินมากนัก โรงแรมนี้ก็ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ ”พอใช้ได้” สำหรับคนที่ต้องการพักแบบประหยัดในย่านที่มีของกินอร่อย ๆ และบรรยากาศท้องถิ่นแท้ ๆ

Thang máy mới, vận hành êm ái. Tuy nhiên, vào buổi sáng khi nhiều người check-out, phải chờ khá lâu để có thang trống. Máy lạnh hoạt động mạnh, phòng luôn mát mẻ. Tuy nhiên, tiếng quạt gió hơi to, ban đêm có thể gây khó chịu nếu ai ngủ nhẹ.

The room was more than spacious for one person. Location was great too, nearest Circle K was about 5 mins walk away from the property. Cleanliness was just so so, but appreciate their daily housekeeping service. Two main things, even though the hotel’s description said no smoking in public areas & there is a designated smoking area, I smelled the smoke at the corridor and even inside the room. Therefore, the atmosphere was pretty suffocating to me. Another thing was the water pressure of shower head, it was really bad even with the tap fully switched on. When I reported that to the front desk, the guy said it’s same for every room which doesn’t make sense at all for me & he didn’t bother to do anything to fix the issue. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience 🥲

The location was hard to find, but the breakfast was delicious and the building was old but clean. The staff are kind. I was very happy with the many welcome drinks.

Con: Bedsheets appear used (hairs, knitters, stains, sheets are white but not ”white”), they call it environment-friendly 🫠 Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks. Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm). Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled. Toilet shower leaking. Pro: If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price. The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!). The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases. The hotel is located at a convenient location in District 10. The overall facilities condition is a little bit old but it didn’t affect our experience much as we went out most of the time. The hotel has greenery within itself. The room is more spacious compared to other hotels in District 10. There is buffet breakfast provided daily from 06:00AM to 09:00AM in which, the hotel offered a good variety of basic Vietnamese breakfast meals & basic drinks. Will definitely stay here next time we visit HCMC.

The twin room is not big. If two people have big suitcases, there is not enough space to open them. It is okay for a simple trip. The glass is not soundproof and it is easy to hear the sound of cars and motorcycles on the road!! You will definitely not stay in bed in the morning
