Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm). Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled. Toilet shower leaking. Pro: If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price. The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!). The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases.
