This place offers great value for money, especially being in District 1. It's super convenient to get everywhere, right near Ben Thanh Market, and the owner is pretty nice too. The only downside is that some facilities might be a bit old; for example, the bathtub looked a bit dirty so I didn't dare use it. However, the room itself was fine, and I really liked their bed – it was very comfortable and soft.

I genuinely advise against staying at this hotel. I've never experienced a hotel priced over 700k (on sale via the Trip app) that was worse than a budget guesthouse. The hotel is incredibly old and dilapidated. The air conditioning was broken and couldn't be fixed, and the hotel didn't resolve the issue, so I had to forfeit the last night (for 2 rooms). Trip also didn't refund me for that night... please see the pictures to understand how terrible this hotel is.

The hotel is in a great location, just 3 mịn walking distance away from the Ben Thanh market. You can enjoy many local food and sight-seeing attractions. The facilities are somewhat outdated. But the value vs the price is ok.

The location is convenient, close to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Street, with many famous restaurants nearby. It's relatively quiet, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and nail salons, perfect for a late-night snack.

Great location

The duvet and pillows were quite dirty, with dried snot on them. This wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The platform informed me three days ago that my original booking was full (even though I booked it one or two months in advance; Ctrip is really useless). I then had to negotiate with customer service to switch to this hotel, which frankly doesn't even meet hotel standards; it's more like a guesthouse. The soundproofing is poor, the linens are unclean, and the bathroom is very basic. Since I arrived late, I just slept without a blanket.

Centrally located to local dining

For my business trip and vacation in Ho Chi Minh City, I booked The Noble Swan Hotel New World. I chose this hotel because it's conveniently located, making it easier to get around by bus from Ben Thanh Market to the exhibition center. Plus, many nearby attractions are within walking distance. The room condition might be a bit disappointing, to be honest. However, if you're traveling solo, it could still be a decent option since you can walk to all the tourist spots. If you have any issues, the front desk is always ready to assist, so you shouldn't experience too much inconvenience. If you're planning to stay as a couple, I'd suggest considering other options. The location right next to Ben Thanh Market is fantastic. The staff are very polite and have a great attitude, and the rooms are quite clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained.
