The Noble Swan Hotel New World Reviews

I’d give The Noble Swan Hotel Saigon a rating of around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. It delivers solid location and value for certain types of travellers, but there are notable risks around room condition, maintenance and service consistency.

It’s a good hotel. Its small but the receptionist are kind. we booked two rooms but the other room don’t have heater. Near Behn Than market, just walking distance.

Good place near the district one and near to anywhere at ho chi minh.. many food

Clean & quiet room, good location, good service, decent view. Towels smelled nice which was a nice touch.

Well, being moved to the other branch Noble Swan Hotel Saigon not far from this location. So, my review will be based on the relocated hotel. The staff is very helpful even helping us bring our bag to the new location. I will give 5-star for this point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However, I will rate the average for the amenities and the cleanliness. The tap is rusted and you can see something yellowish. Water tastes metal, I think. Day 1 is the worst. Shampoo mixed with water. Soap is almost empty. The bed smells bad. But the next day we request to clean, the staff will clean, and change everything. But still some parts under the bed and near the mirror are not cleaned properly. I believe there is room to grow for this hotel by hiring more cleaner or maid to clean the room. I suggest the hotel delete "Complimentary Snack" on the Room Name since it is only banana and sweet near receptionist. The room name sounds so phising. The internet is a good point for this hotel. Good location as well. Just know that here in Ho Chi Min City, the minimarket does not allow to sell paracetamol 😅

It’s not a Hotel, and it should not be here. Terrible Motel with a massage shop downstairs, girls sitting around like ******** ****. Rooms condition was the worst that i have ever seen. Pls see pictures for your own judgment. I booked a 48sqft rooms as 2 queen beds, however upon checked in, the room turned out to be my nightmare, I dare not to let my kid sleep in and checked out next morning cos checked in at 10pm, too late to go somewhere else. This is my first time booked an accommodation through trip.com. Saw their rating stars is 3, they don’t deserve even a 1 star by the way. *This motel, should not be here, it’s affecting trip.com reputation seriously*

Easy to use. I used it when I was travelling to Vietnam. I will use it again

Got there and got sent to woodpark hotel instead cause aircon not working. While at woodpark,I found an insect on my bed as attached. Corridor lights not working so I had to use my phone flashlight to navigate to my room. I made a complaint to the staff but they don’t understand English at all. Do not recommend this entire chain. Stay at your own ris

The hotel is located next to the main road, so it can be quite noisy during rush hours. The cleanliness could be improved, but the air conditioning is cool and comfortable. The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. Room cleaning is available upon request and is done reasonably well. There is also a massage shop below, with a very welcoming lady offering massages.

Good I like it

Not Safe to Stay. Dangerous room place provided to me. The room provided to me splashes smelly water which i did not accepted. Reception offered an option to upgrade the room for 1000000vnd as room type i booked is in its last available room. Informed me that they cannot assist me and insist to stay on the room with aircon splashing water. I decided to leave and booked nearby place. Spoke to trip.com and informed me that best they can assist do for me is to give 400trip coins = 6sgd. I am not sure if this is correct as the place provided to me by the hotel is totally NOT SAFE to stay. And it shouldn’t be arguable as its very common sense for everyone not to stay on a place where aircondition is splashing smelly water. This is a honest review. I paid cheap for this hotel but provided room is totally not decent to stay in.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre, within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. But inhabe to give a low score because there were many cockroaches in the room. I killed around 15 just for 1.5 days. And many of the objects in the room were not cleaned from dust.

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and it was no problem for them to watch your bags on the last day.  It has a very good location for food, drinks and shopping. The price was very good. The room had AC and cable tv to watch CNN. Thanks
