It was a short stay here because we missed our flight. Good thing is it’s closed to a lot of supermarket in the area!

Its Good for short stay. Small room , different room from the picture for what i booked at trip.com😢. Near at foodstrips . Good for solo. Not bad the area if like walking. I just stay one night. And change hotel the other day.

If you continue to do business with this hotel because the hotel staff is rude, Trip.com will also suffer a lot. If I ever recommend a hotel like this again, I will cut my losses. Communication is not possible.

No one cleaned the room during my stay. The front desk clerk had a bad face and poor service attitude.

There was no hair dryer, the receptionist was not friendly, and the toilet paper was left as it was from the previous guest.

This is the first time I come to Ctrip to review a hotel. I hope everyone can avoid pitfalls. 1. The hotel doesn't even have mineral water. You have to buy water separately; 2. There is no hot water. It may be because the weather in Ho Chi Minh is hot, or it may be because it rained yesterday and the solar water heater is not enough; 3. There is no window in the room. The bed is a strange shape. If you are not careful, you will hit your feet. It hurts😓 4. The sound insulation is very poor, including talking on the first floor, shouting upstairs and downstairs, the sound of toilet flushing, all kinds of disturbances, unless you want to hear 5. I didn't sleep all night. I wanted to make up for it in the morning, but the sound of electric drilling started at 8:00 in the morning... I worked until 11:00 and was completely sleepless... 6. The guy at the front desk is not a waiter, but a doorman. Maybe their hotel is not a hotel at all. 7. I have been on business trips all year round and am used to all kinds of hotels. I can tolerate many things. The first time I stayed in a hotel, I wanted to go out to sleep on the street three times in one night...

The staff has a very bad attitude, the sheets don't seem clean

The elevator is on the 1st floor so moving luggage is more difficult, and the bedding doesn't seem to be washed cleanly. The staff on check-in day were not very friendly.
