The Sonata Hotel offers great value with clean, comfortable rooms and a wonderful, friendly staff. Having the pool and gym available is a huge plus. The only downside is that it feels a little remote, as it's a bit far from the busy D1 Center. However, if you're looking for an alternative, the D7 Center area is surprisingly lively and close by, making it a great destination for dining and entertainment.

On the first night there was a sudden power cut until 2-3 AM? It happened to the whole district, but everything else was fine.

I stayed at this hotel before and this is my second time staying here. it is clean and good location.

The staff are very friendly. The bathroom is a bit lacking. It's a shame that the shower is in front of the toilet, but it's a reasonable hotel for the price. There is also a pool.

Our 4 days stay here is good... the staff in the front desk is they all nice... the sad part is the pool in the deck is under maintainance plus the a.c in the room down is not working how many time we told it to them but no one came... also have water leak in the ceiling...

Service is the keys to success in this tough industry. However, I was disappointed the moment I arrived. Parking security was terrible due to construction. Front desk full of 6 staff all together. I felt like being attacked! I dont even trust these girls fiving them my document include pp and visa. No one ever asked for my visa. I took their photo to prevent my docs from being in bad hands. Dirty duplexes were shown to me one after the other. From level 3 to 5 full of garbage from construction and cleaning. My room was replaced from duplex 35m2 to a Deluxe city view for the price that was lesser sold on their website, and the staff was kept reminded to pay extra if I stay there. Ridiculous. The whole entire experience was I'm one single word is uncomfortable enough not wanting to try service at the facility. The staff are ******. I was told by the other Scotish guest, staff didn't even ask for pp to check him in. The staff acted like I didn't do any research before. They can try to scam lol!!!. Thanks God the only good thing at the 7th floor was quiet enough to sleep that about it. Lots of ants in my room. When I check out, the staffs tried to make me wait long enough to leave. Good location. Good pool. Gym needs a bit of upgrading. Basic amenities are all available in the room. If someone like to cook their own meals on travel. It's a good choice to stay.

We book this hotel to visit Ho Chi Minh furniture fair. Is close by grab juts 5 minutes. Staff are friendly. WiFi is fast. Our room has kitchen and 2 floors.

The first room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The second room I switched to had kitchen amenities, which was convenient, but the mattress being on the floor caused some discomfort. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay. Plus, you can order food from the restaurant downstairs with free delivery, which is a nice bonus.

Nice hote for the price. Rooms are clean and decent. Also the gym is decent.

A really noisy area and windows aren’t fully filtering the noise. It’s kinda far from city center but because of that everything is cheaper specially food!
