New hotel, cleanliness is well maintained. Reception staff is very helpful and well mannered. The hotel do provide free laundry service with dryer is adding points, drinking water machine provided in lobby which is very convenient for the customer. Highly recommended for the hotel.

Location was down a tiny street /w a lot of farmer to vendor shops; cabs had some difficulty getting in there, also had to walk a few minutes to find coffee and breakfast. It is otherwise within 30minute walking distance of all the District 1 attractions. Staff all spoke English, place was clean and air conditioned with all the amenities you'd expect.

went to stay for two nights. I booked a room with a city manager, but I was given a room without a window. I wanted to change my room, but I didn't change because there was no room.

Hotel is super clean. Layout and amenities are functional. Location not the most ideal but everywhere is reachable via Grab. Helen, the receptionist speaks English and is super helpful
