Right across the street from Japan Street. The hotel was clean and the location was great. Plenty of food options nearby. It was a bit pricey, but everything else was fine. Next time, I'll try to book earlier to see if I can get a better deal, haha.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities and services felt similar to what you'd find in a typical business hotel in Japan. I didn't use the breakfast or gym this time, so I can't comment on those. One minor issue I noticed was that the refrigerator wasn't very cold. Also, being asked to leave a Google review in front of the hotel staff felt a bit awkward. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, so I'm generally satisfied.

The location is great for enjoying the nightlife, but considering the price, the room condition isn't excellent. I was told that over 80% of the guests are Chinese, which explains the pervasive cigarette smoke. It seems like the M Village management is facing challenges in strategically maintaining the property.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The staff even recognize me now; they greet me first, strike up conversations about how long it's been, and are all incredibly friendly. The room condition is, of course, excellent, and the service is top-notch.
