The landlord was easy to communicate with, the apartment was new, and the decor was comfortable. As a hotel apartment, a cleaning lady came daily, which was quite good. There was a supermarket downstairs, and it wasn't far from the exhibition hall, making it a great choice.

Check-in convenience: Take a taxi downstairs and take the elevator on the side shown in Figure 1. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator (see Figure 2). This card is placed in the frame on the dining table. Safety: Vietnam is generally quite safe. Amenities: Everything is very convenient, just like home. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Very close to the convention center, a 20-minute walk. Service: If you have any questions, please contact us on Ctrip and they will be resolved immediately. You will need to prepare breakfast yourself.

It's a 15-minute walk to the exhibition, and it's very convenient for bringing elderly people and children. It has two bedrooms, a small balcony for cooking and washing clothes, and a free gym and swimming pool on the second floor (with children's and adult areas). There's a supermarket downstairs, a cafe across the street, and the Korean area is on the left. There are many late-night snacks to stroll around in the evening. I'm satisfied with the good value for money and will stay here again next time.

The cleaning lady comes every day. It's in a quiet residential area where many Koreans live, far from the city center. It's a great place to stay long-term. Thumbs up!

The apartment is located in the center of District 7, only 1km away from the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center. It has convenient transportation and supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. The apartment is clean and suitable for business trips.

This time I went to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center to set up an exhibition. There was a bus downstairs from my residence that went to the vicinity of the exhibition hall. It was very convenient with only two stops. The fare was 6,000 Vietnamese dong, which is $1.8 RMB. There were also many restaurant options nearby, as well as a large supermarket. The residence is clean and tidy, and someone is sent to clean it every day. Will order again when there is another chance.

It's an apartment building; you need to contact the owner in advance to check in. The security guard downstairs won't know.
