According to condominium management regulations, individual residents are not permitted to independently construct, renovate, or reinforce soundproofing inside their rooms, as this could affect the structure and is considered a violation of the law and building regulations. However, we would like to clarify a few points: • Before checking in, we carefully checked and did not record any damage to the cabinet hinge. After you checked out, the housekeeping department discovered that the cabinet door was misaligned due to loose hinges, possibly due to rough handling during use. • Regarding the water leak in the bathroom, this was an unexpected incident from the water heater pipe, which did not occur before your check-in time. The problem was resolved n*** later. • When you requested to send your luggage after checking out, we did not ignore the request but instructed you to contact the new apartment owner (where you booked next) for assistance with sending your luggage early, as you needed to move to another accommodation in the afternoon of the same day. However, we are very grateful for your comments and will continue to improve to bring a better experience to customers in the future.
